TOO MUCH RICE in rolls!! I ordered 4 veggie rolls (avocado, spicy avocado, egg, bean curd) - all of them had wayyy too much rice stuffed inside and that is all I could taste. Don't assume that their prices are cheap, because their rolls are slimmer than most places.Also, their soy sauce seems to be a full sodium one because I could barely dip it in without having my mouth go all salty. Wouldn't recommend. Attaching pics.
Staff were friendly. Service was fast - we were impressed how quickly our food came. We ordered lunch combos and shrimp tempura appetizer. The tempura was a bit too much batter for our liking but it wasnt overly dense tasting. Salmon sashimi tasted fresh. The california roll was small but not too much rice. Portion size was appropriate for pricing (cheaper and smaller portion size). If youre looking for a quick lunch, come here!
Ordered a rainbow roll which turned out to be a tiny roll with a thin piece of salmon on top. Assumed there to be at least 3 types of topping since it's called "rainbow" but 1) it was too small to fit more than the shred of salmon and 2) there was no description so shouldn't have assumed. My partner's chicken was raw so that wasn't good.
A great find! A little hidden so not very busy. Loved everything we ordered from the tempura shrimp (one of the best we've had and we've had MANY from at least 20 different Japanese restaurants), dragon roll, spicy salmon roll, pork cutlet, spring rolls and sushi pizza. Delicious! We'll be back again for sure.
Average sushi restaurant. It's worth a try but don't have high expectations.
Not the best quality sushi and main dishes. Ordered some sushi and grilled chicken/chicken cutlet and the meat was rubbery and a bit stale. The service is great and friendly however the food was a bit of a disappointment.
The sashimi was fresh, but the rolls needed a bit more variety. It was most just a lot rice, cucumber and avocado. The pork chop and rice is great. Lots of veggies and pork. I had takeout but service was nice.
If you're looking for a quick sushi fix in the neighborhood this is a good option! Menu is limited but service is good.
Been here several times since they opening for both dine in and take out, really good service, quality and pricing. We will continue to visit and recommend.This place is a go! Support local!!
Was going to try this place for the first time. I ordered a Sushimi set and wanted to substitute shrimp for salmon due to an allergy. They wanted to charge a dollar extra for the substitution saying that salmon is more expensive than shrimp. Seriously?!? I promptly walked out. Never a customer...for life.
