My wife, daughter and myself ended up with severe food poisoning from the chicken Teriyaki salad. We are paying for it today.

Absolutely terrible customer service, the manager was extremely rude when I approached him about the subway app not working and he blamed me for not being able to use the app properly. Definitely someone who shouldn’t be a manager let alone running a business. If you’re looking for customer service, this location isn’t it. Will definitely not go back to this subway location
Like a beacon on a desolate Friday night, Subway Sandwiches called out to me. Sure, I had to fill out a Covid form for sit-in dining, bit it was worth it. Eat Fresh. ?
I went from my job for takeout order and ordered veggie patty..they don’t have patty defrosted(fresh patty) so they directly put frozen patty in sub and act like nothing is wrong! No good customer service as well! It seems Man behind counter has no interest in your order just in your wallet!
Food was ok
Man behind counter was not wearing a mask, will not be returning. The respect for the customers is as real as the tuna.

Ordered through the Subway app for this location, and we told when I arrived the staff at the counter just said "we don't have that. Instead of refunding it they said to refund using the app - this was back in September and it's November now and Subway still has my money. Tried contacting customer service and on Facebook but they won't actually do anything to refund either!
