Came to the restaurant with my kids. I let theady know i wanted the deal on the app (buy 2 subs and get 1 free). She said i needed to make an online order. So i went to the website and did the order. The discount didn't show and it wanted to charge me the full price. I let the lady know and she said she has no idea what to do. I asked if she could call someone to get me some help or fix the issue and she said i have to call the number on the app. I decided to leave. Not a good visit for me and the kids.
I’ve always enjoyed the sun whenever I order it in store, but ever since I’ve started making the orders from their app for pickup, it’s never toasted. This has happened to me 4 times now, will not be doing pickups from this location again.
Being a regular customer of subway on weekends and I always notice the girl there in evening struggling with long queue and still treating politely to everyone… really impressed by her efforts. Good job

Their manager needs to put more people on because it is unfair to their workers who have to work x10 harder. The staff is super friendly and i feel terrible that they are working alone. It is too much for one person when there is a rush.

Terrible location. Panini grill has been broken for as long as I can remember. They seem to always run out of ingredients like guac but don't tell you when you order so you find out when the wrap is half made. Went by to grab a quick bite for my daughter after a practice and the doors were already locked and they were mopping up by 8:50 pm even though the sign says they close at 9:00 pm. I didn't believe her and had to check for myself. The fact that they haven't responded to any of the reviews show they don't care. I've stopped going to this location even though it's right across the street from my house.
9:33am. Arrived at subway. Opens at 9am. Doors still locked. Anytime I come to this store in the morning, 8/10 times it's always closed, when it should be open.
