Fast service, clean store. Staff were very helpful.
I ordered double shots on ice venti size. But gave me grande size so i asked them again that i ordered bigger size and she just added more ice in the bigger cup. I sucked with a straw once and my boyfriend sucked it two times then its already gone. I paid for ice.
Busy locations located in the mall. Line up pretty much every time I visited them, small location is not big with about 20 seats side by side, but since it's in a mall you can always grab the drink and sit at the food court which is nicely renovated few years ago... it's open , bright and with modern decor, I prefer to seat at the food court more than in the store mainly because people has to walk by the seating area the get to casher or pickup drinks and it too much traffic sitting in the store to enjoy a good conversation.
Quite slow, even without a long line up.
Shoutout to the team that usually works Friday Mornings. They gotta be the nicest team in Starbucks history. ?????
The Markville Mall location is the slowest Starbucks that I've ever been in. There were 5 people already waiting in front of me. It must have taken 10 to 15 minutes to get two coffees. We were almost late for an appointment. There were 4 girls preparing the drinks...just as many, if not more, than in any other location. Yet, other locations handle twice the volume of customers. The girl calling out the names for those getting drinks was so timid, that you could barely hear her. They have no concept on how to get the drinks completed in a reasonable time. The management is terrible as they clearly haven't trained them. They were more interested in chatting with each other, even though there were 9 of us waiting and another 6 people lined up to order drinks. I won't be going there again.
Terrible customer services. Waited for 20 mins. Asked several times while waiting, barista told me my order is coming every time. We ended up find out they didn’t see the order list. Even tho, the barista didn’t make our order right away. I would give 0 star.
Congrats to the guy named Alvin for being the most rude Starbucks employee I've had the displeasure of coming across. I walk into the store to find the guy immediately barking orders to customers like he's a drill sergeant from the army. I'm not asking for over the top service, but I think the least you could do is NOT yell at every customer trying to place an order. I witnessed many female customers visibly uncomfortable at him yelling at them. Alvin, if you enjoy barking orders at people, perhaps you should try joining the army instead of frightening Starbucks customers...
Staff is very warm and friendly. It is usually busy but they are still pretty quick with their services.
Customer service was satisfactory and the barista took time to make the order. The place was jam packed, I guess that's why it took time. Overall a satisfactory experience.
