Usually the coffee tastes really good but there is something wrong with the staff that works on Wednesday. The coffee was like water, almost no taste. Such a waste of money.
One of my favourite Starbucks location as they have lots of seats here! Usually not too busy and the service is great!
Nice and roomy location. Busy in the Saturday afternoon.One of the long desk besides wall (perhaps good for 6-8 ppl), some selfish customer block whole table by himself. table arrangement can be improve.
Sometime small moves makes your day, I ordered my coffee but without realizing that I picked the wrong location.. Came in to the location where I was suppose to order and Joanne was extremely professional, went above and beyond my expectation and got me the coffee. That is a gazillion dollar move that will last forever.Thank You Joanne & Paeto it means a lot and keep up the great work. Friendly barista, speedy service, and not busy. I asked for sweetener in my vanilla bean latte, they asked if Splenda or Stevia; I got the latter.
Normally a great starbucks to get coffee. However, there is one barista here who delivers poor customer service...
Purchased a matcha latte today. The barista here absolutely butchered this drink. Heres all the matcha gunked up at the bottom of the cup. For the price I paid for this beverage I would expect they could at least whisk the matcha properly so it dissolves in the liquid. Very disappointed and will not return.
Cashier was very nice. Place wasn't too crowded. That checked vaccination before allowing sit down mask off.
I came super early in the day for the holiday mug and there was only one other customer (with her mask underneath her mouth) inside.I paid for my holiday drink with the app, was given the holiday mug and the staff assisting me thanked me using my name. It was a nice touch. Even the barista finishing my drink wished me a good day. Customer service was top notch. I was in the store for under 5 minutes.
