Great Staff that are helpful. Clean washrooms. Easy drive thru. Coffee jacked me like a disco juice for the dance floor.

They didn't get the order rightThey Didn't close the lid properly so I scalded myself grabbing the cupAsked for sugar but they didn't care, had to grab by myself from stand on barista counter beside espresso machineFor three drinks wasn't offered a tray, had to catch barista and ask for one.All baristas are only looking down or into the screen with drive through orders/online orders. Customers in front of them are invisibleHaha ) my first time back to Starbucks in years and such an experience)) is it what the standards are now there?
Worst experience ever in my Starbucks visits. Ordered a cookie crumble mocha, I got the cup with whiped cream and mocha syrup pop out from the top and frap leaking from the edge of the lid. The barista made a long dirty mark on the countertop when pushed it to me, and she grab the wipe to clean the countertop while asked me to clean the cup by myself with tissue on the island. Didn't even get a chance to take a picture of their horrible masterpiece, I had to clean my hand, drink ASAP to lower the frap level, wipe the edge of the lid, licking the running syrup and whiped cream at the same time...... I don't deserve a drink like this, and they don't deserve work in Starbucks.
Late breaking news!!! This Starbucks location isn't staffed to handle drive-thru customers. As much as I try to avoid this location, I gave it another shot and disappointed yet again. They should close this location due to lack of staffing and/or incompetent management
so bad. the matcha tasted like grass, and when i ask them to put light ice in my refreshers, the ice fills the whole drink. scammers! do not buy from here. one drink is so expensive!!!
Painfully slow. Drive thru is twenty minutes plus sometimes. Constantly out of stock of multiple items.. For example they have been out of sugar the last two times I've been there.. How does a coffee shop run out of sugar?
I love my Starbucks every morning. The staff are fairly nice at this location. The drive through and parking are a nightmare at this location. Otherwise it would be a Five star review.
WORST STARBUCKS BRANCH EVER!!Ordered a Venti hot chocolate with no whip, and got this 3/4 full cup!!Another time I ordered hot chocolate here it was totally watered down like some kind of sugar water.Worst Starbucks experience ever.
I visit this location almost every other day, and I get excellent customer service every time! I wanna thank the entire staff for putting a smile on my face every visit. You guys are awesome!
