If you want to ruin your morning, please visit this Starbucks. Kay, who I think was the manager was extremely unfriendly, doesn’t even greet you when you come to the till, just looks at you. She wasn’t wearing a mask, but the rest of the staff were. I will be reaching out to corporate to let them know how awful this experience was.

Iwan was fabulous because he offered me to try the nitron cold brew coffee and I loved it!Great customer service!!!

Always come by this Starbucks location with my gf for a quick grab. Staff is friendly and quick! Overall good customer service. Shout out to kamal! Nice to see him at the drive-thru!

Overall nice Starbucks location with friendly staff, giving 3 stars because of a rude supervisor ivan, we were handed off wrong drink at the drive thru and we had to come back and barista was very nice about it. She called her supervisor who looked annoyed to be there and was very sarcastic about the error. They need to train that person on handling conversations, my 5 years old nephew would do better job than him.

I don't write reviews often but I felt that I had to share my recent experience. Today is my birthday and the staff made my day extra special with their incredible and friendly service. Thank you for putting a smile on my face ☺️

i took down my previous review because i didnt wanna be rude but honestly every visit to this location is akin to burning my cash. they put extra ice if you ask for light ice. can’t make any drink properly

I went to this Starbucks at around 7 pm on 2022/02/17 to have a latte and get some work done. The Latte was great but the customer service was poor. They had the music blasting. I was enjoying the music but it was a great distraction.I felt a little out of place since I've never had this experience at any Starbucks prior to.I kindly asked one of the baristas if they could turn the music down a little bit. They acknowledged my request but my request was ignored as the music remained blasting.I finished my latte, left the Starbucks without an incident and went to a close by Tim Hortons where I had a hot cup of green tea and finished my work in peace with soothing music which was being played at a reasonable volume.

I do understand that providing a rapport to customers is a practice to show a happy environment and welcoming atmosphere. The manager should not require the drive-thru attendant to converse with the driver while waiting for the order involuntarily. I do suggest not to provide a forced conversation to customers. All individuals are different, not all customers wants to have a forced chit-chat. Its awkward. I'm a grampy person and I am tired. I don't want to talk to anyone and I don't want to be asked how's the sun and the moon and the weather and my job and my life and what's my plan for today.. I am hungry, and all I want is my sandwich and coffee. Please stop it.. Next time I visit, I will just say "Sorry No English..."

Drinks were cold, drivethru was long and the server Brent made me really uncomfortable. Made fun of how much sugar I was ordering in my drink (doesn't every starbucks drink have a lot of sugar??) and rudely told me I was ordering wrong. As if their menu isn't confusing enough. How do they hire these people???

Usually don't have a problem however this time I ordered from Uber and my Venti drink (which is still sealed at the top) is half full. Called Starbucks 3 times and they did not answer and reached out to Uber who did not answer. For the cost of this drink, I'd expect more due diligence.
