Horrible attitude from the representative LIV, she kept showing attitude when Put the order. After her 4-5times wrong typing my order. She asked me do I want my receipt, I’m pretty sure she type something wrong on my order so I was still checking the screen, and she yelling at me, do you want your receipt, YES OR NO!! I was so shocked I can be treated like this way and I said yes. Of course she put me the wrong order and then I doubt why I’m paying this much? The other man took over her counter. Horrible service ever
Cozy and clean location with a nice atmosphere. Staff always gets my orders right and within an acceptable wait time. No drive through at this location. Only Wish they were open for longer hours.
Staffs are nice in this Starbucks. I usually do mobile orders, so that I don't need to wait. So far all my drinks they made are 100% accurate and taste good, so can't complain.
Corner lot makes for some nice surroundings. But it also means less seating area. Place is always filled with people, and tables are hard to come by. That is a sign, though, because they serve well here. At least parking is not as scarce.
It was the shop that we visited for years and I guess we won't go there anymore. Rudest staff(never saw her before) and made a bad drink, suddenly put whipped cream at the bottom of the drink and very insulting
Service is very very very bad, and the quality of drinks are not stable. I ordered Venti size and my friend ordered Grande size, seems like they are short of supplies today, we only got half, which is not the first time. Staff always gives us attitude for no reason. Bad experience!
We ordered 4 drinks and two were ready, we said to the staff that we would wait aside for the remaining two, the staff told us in cold tone “ there are only two drinks”, she repeated twice without even checking for us. It turned out the other two drinks were already there. We are not allowed to check the drinks due to COVID, we understand so we wait patiently. Please do not show attitude to your customers.
Great breakfast sandwiches. You pay a premium over other big chains, but the difference between the biscuits is highly noticeable. Staff at this location were fast, communicative and efficient dealing with both in person and online orders.
Ordered caramel crunch frappe on the app, and received the product without whipped cream or any of the toppings that should have been included. Did not mention about whipped cream out of stock “for the entire day” until I went back into the store questioning the missing toppings or even if it’s the correct order. No apologies or effective communication from staffs and they have only added in the caramel crunch into my cup when asked. Poor customer service and lack of communication really drive customers away…
Just got my drink and food and while they were no doubt understaffed today everything they did was amazing. Shout out to Sabrina and the two wonderful ladies that were working along side of her. Always a pleasure to come in and get my food and drink from the workers
