Came here on a Saturday afternoon for AYCE Wings. Half the place was full and there was only 1 server working. Ordering was fairly slow as expected and took about 2 and a half hours to feel satisfied from the meal. Also had to purchase a drink with the wings. There was no AC and patio was not setup on this 30+ degree day. On the plus side, wings tasted decent and were hot. Come here if you're here for the food but not for the ambience.
The burger was OK.There was only one person serving on a Sunday afternoon.The tables were not so clean. The restroom floor was sticky.Will not come again here.
Servers were very nice! But severely understaffed and wait times were horrendous!!! On the hottest day of the year and their dining area is basically a Sauna… not an ideal experience at all! Kind of disappointing as it is the only location pretty much in Markham and I honestly wouldNot come back again… Food was alright but also took almost 20-30 mins to come out and luckily it was only that as we ordered when we ordered our drinks…. Wings poutine bad frozen cheese curds absolutely ridiculous… Really disappointed!!!!
Service is a bit slow and inconsistent. But the food was very disappointing. Wings weren't sauced properly, the sauce was just a puddle in the bottom of the basket with the dry wings on top, and even the ones that were sauced had a very low quality sauce on them which didn't have much flavour. The sweet chili had practically no spice at all. This is the third time I've tried this chain and the second time I've been to this location. Unfortunately you can get better wings from even Pizza Pizza than from here.
Order take-out dinner, dinner for two include 3lbs of wings, French fries. pop and cake, plus an extra order of onion rings. Great wings with large selection of sauces. Online ordering was simple, quick and efficient service at pickup.
Dined in last night. Was very quiet, fast, friendly service. Food was great! My daughter has the specialty wings poutine and said was the best she ever had!
Had takeout from here New Years Eve. The staff was different from previous visits but it was the same great service and great wings. We get the meal deals and they seemed to have changed a bit this time. A little more expensive and the root beer seems to have disappeared from the options so we went with just the wings and fries. Still, we thoroughly enjoyed the wings.
I don’t recommend this place for takeout. Food quality is so-so, and service as well. Some items I ordered were not included in the bag, I had to drive there second time, total waste of time :(
I love St Louis however this location is very dirty and the staff are disorganized. The chicken wings were undercooked and over sauced
Delicious chicken wings but the staff are a bit inpatient.
