Was at my parents house and order three burger combos, onion rings and gravy on the side from Uber Eats. When the delivery came there were no french fries ( 0 out of 3). They said they'll give us free fries next time we're there. What makes you think we'll order from you again. Total waste of money and not the correct way to fix your mistake.
I’m not sure what happened but we went here after a few months and the food quality has gone down. The buns are tasteless. The burger is worse than what I make at home from frozen. The poutine tasted like water. Management - please do yourself a favour and try other well known burger places and see if your burgers add up to it cause it doesn’t. Last time we visit here… even AW is much better and half the price.
Burger was good but guy behind the counter didn't even ask what kind of toppings I wanted. He just wrapped it up and was going to hand it to me plain. Weird service.

I love the amount of toppings they offer to customize your own burger!!! ✌️?I built my own burger called the Hungry Danny Burger! ? The toppings I included are:✅Onion rings✅Lettuce✅Maple Bacon ?✅Cheese Curds✅Grilled Pineapple ?✅40 Creek Whiskey ? Sauce✅Sweet Mango Chutney .. ?It was a very hearty and delicious meal as I upgrade my fries to a poutine and made it a combo with a drink! Overall, it was quite a pleasant dining experience and I can’t wait to visit South Street Burger again! ????Thank you South Street Burger for the hospitality and for a delicious meal!!! Will definitely be back soon to enjoy some yummy burgers again too!!! ?
Well this place serves the most tastiest burgers. Their service is pretty fast and I didn't had to wait longer for my food .The staff is so warm and always carry a smile during the customer interaction. The cashier was really sweet and she even helped me out customisation of the burger. Overall I had a wonderful experience at this place. Keep up great work .
Good burger, well built so no sliding mess while enjoying it. Can be even better if the mushrooms and roasted red pepper were better drained off the juices.Anyhow, friendly service and will return for sure.
If ever feel like having a great burger and movie, South Street Burger and Cineplex got you covered. Ended up going for a drive to escape the city and stopped by South Street burger before going to see a movie. The staff was super friendly and made me their favorite True North burger. Excellent.
First time trying this place out and did not leave with a good impression. The cashier was rude, and had to roll her eyes at me, right in front of my face. I really think she should get some customer service training. They’ve also got my order wrong, but it already takes them 10 minutes to make a burger, and I was in a rush, so I didn’t have to time to go back. The burger was also burnt and not delicious. Would not recommend this place.
Super attentive, fast and courtesy customer service. Halal Angus burger available which was super delish!! Over 30 condiments available to build your own burger. Highly recommended to visit this location.
