Visiting from Windsor, where we are known for outstanding pizza. This little gem was easily the best meal we’ve had all week! My kids ate an entire pie themselves! Not to mention, the kindness and authenticity of the man at the window. The crust is perfectly crispy and chewy, sauce wasn’t too overwhelming and the toppings were fresh and hand prepared. We ordered online on their website delivered to us at only $0.99 extra. I think is worth it.Good quality pizza with lots of ingredients, big portion. (Just personal preference that I think is way too much)It is a little pricey in compare to other chain pizza restaurants. But as I mentioned, ingredients portion on the pizza reflected the higher price.Pizza taste really good, now I can't go back to regular chain pizza place.. lolMy kids love it as well and they are very picky about pizza.
I don't live in or around Markham, but frequent the area for work training, so I am always on the look out for something new and special. So when. I was down for a couple of days the last week of April I was in the mood for pizza buy not big box pizza. So I looked for the closest thing to a Mom & Pop place I could find without having to walk down town Toronto. I found Slice of Fire online so I decided to try it. I come from a small town with equally good big box and Mom & Pop places as well as a kick ass homemade recipe passed down from my great great Nona, so I'm a bit of a pizza snob. Lol My first taste of Slice of Fire was a little sub par and not really worth the $40 ptixlce tag. The crust was okay, a little thin for my liking but tasty. Could have used a little more sauce but the sauce had decent flavour. Was not disappointed with the amount of toppings. Unfortunately I ordered it through Ubereats and a hot bag was not used for delivery so it was lukewarm when I got it. My fault for not making the drive to pick it up myself. Could have done without the Knackwurst sausage and more an Italian sausage. I found the knackwurst sausage threw off the balance of the flavours. all though the pizza had great pizza had good flavour for being cold. I am all about second chances and the next time I am in the area I will make the drive from my hotel to the pizzeria and have a fresh hot pie for a proper taste. I look forward to my next visit.
Great pizza in a nice area. Just grab some coffee at second cup, and if it’s warm enough, take that pizza to a local park and eat some great pizza. The chocolate pizza is real sweet and chocolaty, one slice is enough for the day on sweets. The Hawaiian pizza has a looot of pineapple if you like that. Been brisket is nice and soft meat. the crust is good and they come with nice hot sauce that’s basically franks red sauce (in a good way)
Slice of fire pizza is amazing!! We ordered the meat lovers and Margherita pizza and both were equally delicious. If you are looking for a new pizza spot in Markham, this is the place to be. Kai the manager was very friendly and made sure we got our order, even earlier than the order time! Amazing service and delicious food.
The pizza has a good crust, comparable thickness to pizza hut but much fluffier and less greasy. A wide range of gourmet toppings and dipping sauces. I saw that they also sell pastries and I bet those are just as good as well.
First time we are trying this place and this is so far my favorite pizza place, Everything was excellent! We ordered through phone, waiting time was about 20-25 mins, ordered one of their signature pizza called "Peppe on Fire" it was full of pepperonies, kids and hubby loved it!Would definitely be one of the frequent here, see you next weekend!
Staff are very nice and patient. The Nutella is good. The cheese pizza is very good. The Hawaiian is excellent, full of toppings. Our family love everything. My kids don’t like the crust elsewhere, but they finished all. We will come back when we are craving for yummy pizza.
Such a hidden gem on Main Street Markham! This is not just your ordinary pizza, it’s loaded with toppings. We had the honey mustard sausage and butter chicken last time. Today we had the bbq sausage and both times my family and I were not disappointed. If you haven’t gave this place a try yet, try soon! And…. It was too good, only remember to take a picture after I devour a slice.
Amazing takeout pizza joint serving innovative and bold flavours of pies. Nutella on pizza? They make several varieties of it, including a bomb coffee Nutella pizza. They also sell incredible croissants, pastries , twists, and cheesy bread. Prices start at ~$18 for a medium cheese pizza and up to $37+ for their XL premium pulled pork pizza. Worth every penny!
