App doesn't work, found out 15mins after placing order and waiting for pick up. Staff with extremely bad and cocky attitude if you don't speak Mandarin tells you to line up and place order in person.Will never go again.

I asked the tearista for their recommendation, and I think I got the grape jelly drink. It was such an interesting and refreshing texture! I really enjoyed it but it’s definitely a bit more on the pricey end.
The lady is extremely rude, never come to this store! When I wanted to order a drink, it was already open during business hours, but she told me it hadn’t opened yet. Obviously she doesn't need customers
Very rude lady at the Pacific Mall location!Store wrote to be closed at 8:30. When I arrived at 6:50, the lady talked with me in Chinese but I couldn't understand Chinese so she shouted 'WE CLOSED'. She certainly doesn't need customers.

I haven't had grass jelly ever before and this was a great experience. I had the Mango Pomello which was quite good, sweet real mango with the tartness of pomello and grass jelly to give it another level of texture. I got to try some of the Salty Creamy matcha which was also very good in its own milky way.
