The worst place that I have been. I ordered 6 drinks online, but they rejected. I called them to ask the reason, there was a lady staff told me they sold out sago, so ONE of the drink they can’t make, so they had to cancel the entire order. They even didn’t call me to ask if I can change to other toppings. I had to ask if I can change to other toppings, then they made for me. I was waiting almost half hour for that 6 drinks and no updates on the app. I went to the store to see if the drinks are ready to pickup. They told me the drinks were already done. Then why you didn’t tell me through app. Unlucky the owner hired this lady who is trying to reject all the orders.
Good drinks, out of my expectations. And lets face it, all drinks are unique. With fresh fruits, great service and stuff. It is just great.
Ordered a drink that was very easy to order on Uber eats, loved it, came to the physical location and ordered (outside in my car) waited for 20 minutes for my drink only to find out it's not the same drink, they have 100 different options that are hard to distinguish. Asked the person in the front if they could possible remake the drink as I really liked the one I ordered. She said "no" no follow up or customer service. It's a shame! Drinks are pretty good but absolutely no customer service. Really sad because I specifically drive here after work instead of ordering Uber to make the business money.
As mush as I like there drinks, their attitude is so bad…. Felt like I own there money. The girl at the front like a robot.…no greeting, no thank you… kind of impatient….maybe I should take my business to somewhere else.
Great bubble tea (especially the signature grass jelly milk tea), not-so-great customer service.
Delicious drinks but the staff has attitude problems!The shop was completely cleaned up 30 mins before the closing time and the staff were all just chilling at the back, jackets on, waiting to punch out. They refused to take any orders because they have shut off all the machines and insist the shop is closed when the sign clearly said the shop doesn’t close for another 30 mins.
There’s a guy always working there has a horrible customer service and attitude. The first time I was looking the menu, and he stayed there without saying any greeting words. And when I ordered something, his attitude is so bad and rude. He didn’t ask the ice and sugar level as well. I just thought maybe he had a bad day or what so I didn’t care about it. The second time, I went there with my friend. He focused on making the delivery order and no greeting words as well. When we asked him some info about the drinks, he spoke very fast and I didn’t hear anything. But anyway, we ordered what we wanted. When he gave us the drinks, he didn’t pass me the straws. I asked him for the straws, he just pointed to the straws and said nothing!!??? Hey boy, you are working and you don’t want to even speak a complete word to the customers????? I read the recently 1-star review of your store, I think you need to take action with your staff training. Otherwise, he will ruin your business.
This is a new tea shop in the Markham area, with prices included above. Not a bad thing. Of course, if they notice what the drink is about, the staff does not have to explain all the time.
SUCH BAD STAFFSThe two staffs were talking to each other when I walked in, continued talking and made me wait for them to end. The guy who came to me never greet or even look at me for the entire time. When I was ordering drinks he was SO IMPATIENT, making me really uncomfortable. He kept asking if I was done ordering, and was rushing me for the entire time.He just gave the drinks to me without any words.Train your employees better.This ruined my entire experience, will never visit again.
Great flavours, love the taro balls. Fig jelly doesn’t have much of a taste but gives good texture.
