This place is underrated.You may find their selection and flavor of coffees better thay Starbucks and tim hortons.

My favourite branch, with a great view. I really appreciate their service, very thoughtful when it comes to cover the cold cup with a sleeve or change a smoothie lid for a child-proof one. Their bagles are our must-visit reason. Always have a fresh paper to read and washrooms are clean, as well as the tables. Though would like to see more merchandise , like cups or mugs, but that's not so important. The view from the windowsill table is a gem. Thank you, guys.

Always my go to place for mocacchinos. I tried the breakfast cookie. It was so delicious. This baked goodness was packed with Almonds, chia seeds, dried cranberries and peanut butter. It was just enough to get my day going.
I don't have any concerns about the coffee or service but I am annoyed over a couple of things. Firstly, one table is broken and has been unstable all summer.Someone could very easily tip the table and dump hot coffee over them or their children. This was brought to the owners attention at least two times by me and I know other clients brought it to his attention as well. It is still broken and not safe. The other issue is that you have to ask them to set the tables and chairs up outside most of the time. Why is this not automatically part of their opening process. Yesterday I was told by the owner that it was too cold. Really!!!!! People like to sit outside whether it is cool or cloudy outside. Why do we have to ask all the time to have this done. Numerous times I have walked away when I see the tables not set up. Why do we always have to ask? Also, I have never seen any table tops outside cleaned. They are always dirty and need to be wiped. The tables should be wiped regularly especially now during COVID. If these issues could be rectified I would give a 5 rating but until these things are done I am giving a two rating. Please think of your customers. It is the little things that will make you better than your competition.
Okay. Staff ask to see proof of vaccination. I did not have proof on my phone then, but was allowed stay. I went outside and sat on chair instead to show my support of the Covid policy.

Generally a nice coffee place with quick and friendly service, but would not recommend coming here to study or get work done. It is SO loud.
