I ordered black tonkotsu today and while it was good, I ordered it to be less salty. Unfortunately, it was still too salty even after having asked it to be less salty. I do still like their food though... but i might ask them for extra broth next time to dilute it. The servers were friendly but understaffed. For a busy night, they only had 2 servers.

With the exception of one veggie dish which comes dry without broth, this restaurant only serves pork based products; and so obviously they don’t cater to a large chunk of the local GTA residents who abstain from porkFurther, it’s quite expensive. $17+ tax for any ramen soup??!!!Lastly, as a word of advise, May I suggest to change the colour of your sign… really? Black letters on a black background written in near graffiti letters? Hard to locate

Taste is great. BUT, let’s be honest, the portion is way too small for $16-17 noodle.I get that this is what normal Japanese Ramen portions are like, but this is Canada. There should be an option for large size. Just look at the Vietnamese Pho options.Just a thought.

The broth was really good. The chashu was soft but not too greasy. The quality was comparable to real ones in Japan. The price is okay, given everything is so much more expensive, theirs is not bad. Finally, the service: best of the best. Polite, fast and clean.

Dined here for the first time last week and the service was fast and the staff was friendly. The interior is cozy too.Ordered the tonkatsu black with thick noodles and extra meat, gyoza and zangi fried chicken. The ramen was delicious. The texture of the noodles was perfect. The broth had a nice depth to it. You could taste some sweetness to the pork and it had a nice texture. The spring egg was creamy and perfect. The sides were mediocre. The kids enjoyed the fried chicken but no one enjoyed the gyoza, you could see there were burnt bits. Ended up just picking them off since the kids were hungry. We will just be ordering ramen next time.

Love coming here! The shoyu ramen is usually go to (I like it because I find that I don't feel too heavy/sleepy after eating it lol) but I decided to try the Vegetarian Mazemen and I have to say, it's actually good! While it isn't ramen as there is no soup, the eggplant peperoncini is very flavourful! It comes with thick noodles on the bottom and I find the best way to eat this is to mix everything together. Since the sauce is very thick, I find diluting it with a couple tablespoons of broth/hot water to makes it easier to eat.

Perfect for any type of day, hot or cold - The Miso broth was comforting to your soul and super flavourful! Service was friendly and Attentive. 5/5!

Good ramen place with attentive service. Average portion size.

I came here on Thursday for the first time. The waitress was very nice and friendly. The ramen was delicious. The noodles were perfectly cooked. The texture was so good. The meat was yummy. Broth was flavourful. The spring egg was on point. I’ve been to a lot of ramen places in Markham and left disappointed. I will definitely be coming here for my ramen from now on. My daughter loved it here also. She said it was the best ramen she’s ever eaten.

The food came quickly, was good, and the price was reasonable.I would have liked an option for extra spice but I would still go back again.
