First time dining at this location and everything was great. The steak was very delicious and exactly cooked the way I asked for. The Fraser salad was made very well and the cream brûlée was a great choice to finish the meal. Will definitely go back to this place again.
Loved it here! Ambience is perfect and so is the food and service. Starter bread was warm and fresh. Had the dirty goose Martini which was very tasty and savoury with blue cheese stuffed olives. Had the caesar salad and tuna starters which were both very good. Steaks come out on a sizzling plate, shared the 24oz T-bone steak, lobster mac n cheese and the mashed potatoes. Then chocolate cake for dessert - which was very rich - I recommend sharing it. Everything was delicious!
Our server Paul H was accommodating of our request to change our calamari to a plain one instead of their version with a sweet and sour sauce over it, which was a bit spicy. He was also attentive.The only issue we had was with the sauce poured over the calamari. They could probably make it as a dipping sauce for those who don’t mind the spice.Overall, good experience. We’ll visit again for special occasions.
Excellent service and excellent food. Our server of the night recommended a delicious wine. Crab cakes were stellar. Lobster bisque could have been a bit warmer and unfortunately, mine came with a piece of shell, ouch. Steak and brussel sprouts were on par, as expected.
After 2 years of isolation and creative meal cooking we ventured out to eat something special. That’s right - our evening started with Matthew our host (to call him waiter would not do him justice) who made the evening magical BEFORE the food showed up. Sarah, who made my son feel like tonight was HIS night - which it was. The best food (not exaggerating) the best experience and don’t bother to drive downtown, don’t stress about parking. Don’t stress about construction work on the roads to get to your destination. Go to THIS location. Feel like royalty, eat like royalty. Order and not worry that the chef will get the right cook on your meat (eaten too many medium request practically well done). Omg I must say our experience at Ruth’s Chris Markham lastnight was AMAZING!! The service was exceptional a 5 star experience… our Server Paul was fantastic and ensured that we were happy. Not to mention the Manager Sarah she stopped by ever so often to check on us. Oh how could I’m forget the guy at the front desk…. Forgot his name thou ?. He was so patient when we were fumbling to find my sister’s and fiancés proof of vaccination.. and he also helped us to get it online when we retrieved the healthcards!! Ruth’s Chris is a must visit. Superior service, elegant ambiance and excellent food! Omg the steak! Yum!!!
I went to Ruth's Chris for the 1st time for my birthday and had such a great experience! I am a steak and potatoes gal and was so impressed with the taste of their ribeye! Our server Chris was very professional and polite and provided us with such great service! I was so stuffed and could not have the last 4 bites and didn't want to take such a small amount to go, but Chris suggested I should make steak and eggs for breakfast - what a wonderful idea!Sarah, the manager was amazing! She came to check in at our table more than once and made sure everything was good. She was very pleasant and personable.
My partner and I went to Ruth’s Chris for the first time and had an excellent service by Paul H. He recommended the Valentines feature which is the Tomahawk ribeye comes with two sides and dessert. I’m telling you we had the best steak ever and the service was amazing! Paul was very tentative and great knowledge with the menu. The feature cocktail Raspberry Rosemary Cosmo was tasty. This is one of the best restaurant we ever been to. Well be highly recommended to my friends and ask Paul to look after us again. Great job Ruth’s Chris ! Thank you ??
Went to Ruth Chris in Markham for the first time with friends to celebrate a birthday and we ended up having a wonderful experience all thanks for our great waitress Celeste. She really made this first experience amazing and was very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining the menu and even providing some great suggestions. Food was absolutely delicious!!
Our food was great. Our server Chris was charming and professional. He spoke well and took great care of us throughout our meal. My fiancée didn’t like his cocktail and they brought him a new one immediately without question. We had the tomahawk and it was perfect. Sarah the manager was polite and also checked in on us multiple times during our meal. Parking was convenient. Will come again.
