I have tried various branches of royal paan but honestly I didn’t like the taste of this one. I ordered few items and the taste was comparatively different, not spicy even and the service was slow too. Even if you make your taste similar to other branches, i think it will be more than enough. I hope you guys look into this and try to improve it for future :)
Only one person out front that does everything from cooking to cash to making paan. Looks nothing like the google pictures any more. Perhaps a good place when it started, not any more. Disappointed. I ordered 10 paan. the lady said that will take 10-15 mins. Eventually just made three fresh ones and gave me 7 from a bag that was on the counter. the bagged ones were very stale and off taste. I even asked if they are fresh, she said it was made this morning. No way, these were more than a day old, the leaf was turning black.
Bought Vada Pav today. Worst ever. Please if you don’t have the man power or right raw material to make a dish; don’t make it for the sake of it. Pathetic quality. Pav drier than the Sahara desert, Masala was just hot and no seasoning. Vada’s Masala sucked too. Guys you failed miserably. Own up to it and better your quality. And for what price, let’s not even go there. Wasted my time and money today.
You guys need to improve a lot if u are keeping a business in Canada. Every time come here food is not available I asked for Dosa saying after 3 pm but didn’t mention that in anywhere no sign saying anything. Only one person working at store management need to look at the issue. I have same experience before too. Not going to recommend this place.
Yipppeee !!!!Great customer service in the morning when I asked for paneer kathi roll and falooda. Prabh I guess if I am not wrong recommended me to try with rabdi for extra $2 ( a bit more price than before). I would surely visit again. Love from Dubai. ?
Food is really good. Love their rose Falooda. Service is quick but they never pick up call at the restaurant.

What a pleasant experience at Royal Paan. Sada Special was really very special. Do not have to visit India just for Pan. I hope u enjoy paan of your choice as much as I did.
It used to be a lot better but this time I was really disappointed with the quality of Paan. They charged over $3 for a pan which was packed probably a couple of days before. It was not even a whole leaf and all the condiments were completely dry. The size was too small for a meetha paan cost $3.50. Really disappointed.
Completely disgusting and garbage quality food. I am surprised that this place is open. Check the photo of one of the items - a long disgusting hair rolled with the wrap which was freezing cold. For the dosa - The potatoes inside the dosa was slimy and sour. The sambhar in a foam cup was like it was scraped from the floor. ME AND my family is suffering from food poisoning. I called the store and their customer service is so pathetic. They did not understand my issues. The manager does not know how to communicate and resolve the problem. They had a listening problem. I asked them to have to owner call me since the "manager" and the lady I spoke to were laughing at my complaint. But no response. It was difficult for them to understand HOW to write down a phone number for calling back purposes.I will report this to the York public health. I have pictures of everything. But please DO NOT EAT from this place. Their food safety standard is not from this world.TERRIBLE
