I got sick after eating their food. I ordered a normal 3 piece meal. First time there, will never go back. Reused oil is not the way to go. 0 stars to be honest

Very disappointed with THIS location. Staff does not listen nor follow special instructions to an order from customers. This is now the 3rd time they've given me a WRONG order, and this latest order I had 2 pieces of chicken that was under cooked and still a little pink and bloody ?
The oil was so dirty and the chicken had a brown texture which means they haven't changed the oil for a long time. The chicken was shrunk and had a feeling that its not safe for consumption. I had a bite which in turn made me sick. This is not acceptable and the staff seems so lazy
Good customer service, quick and food is good quality. Very clean environment.Feb 2022 update: service still really good. The website has meal offers that are pretty good deals. They also still have daily specials. Fridays it's Cajun poutine for $3.99. Thursdays it's 3 pc chicken for $5.49

I bought chicken tenders and fries, very small piece of chicken tenders and fries was old and very oily.I specifically wait for fresh chicken tenders, they serve me with old fries.Thank you and never coming to your location again.
First time putting a review on this location. I come here for convenience. But it's been years that I have experienced horrible customer service at this location. For example.Orders never come with napkinsWhen you ask for some they will give you one even on an order of a bucket.They give limited ketchup or spicy sauce. When you ask for more employees seem to be bothered by this request.Went in on Tuesday to purchase the Tuesday 2 piece special, 4 orders, 2 mild 2 spicy and 4 biscuits. Was informed wait time for mild 9 minutes. Only available spicy. Informed them the mild is for my young daughter and would take a single wing or breast for the same price as do not want to wait. Was informed flat no. My take on this is that on a Tuesday where your special is the two piece, I would like to think that they would have this readily available. Fyi there was 2 other customers in store. This location is at a busy strip. Ended up at the McCowan/castlemore location
The employees are rude and have difficulty communicating to customers in English. They billed us the wrong order and instead Of refunding the card and billing us again they gave us a bunch of money in change.. this place is unprofessional and would not recommend to go here. The employees use the same gloves the handles money with to handle your food…
Really cheap with their fries servings. The tray is a quarter empty. Cheap greedy owners.
