1 star cause that is all I can give....Ordered 2 lrg pizza's 1 panzo, and an order of 20 wings from the Leslie and John Street for our Friday feast. We always order from here for late nights or inventory etc.Sent our student out and he came back with the wings, panzo and 1 pizza.I called customer service and they said we should have had 2 pizza's as that is what we were charged.They called the store and then told us it would be ready in 20 minutes.The rest of the staff started to eat and quickly noticed the pizza was under cooked, wings were soggy and hardly coated in honey garlic. Had to be put into the air fryer.The panzo was very small but ok.Don't think we can order from Pizzaville anymore as the quality has declined several times now and we are loosing trust.Please speak to the staff as we really use to like your pizza but....
Pizza was alot better when ghey first opened.I noticed doe was differnt last few times.Or maybe they use cheaper ingredients on the walk in specials.
If I could give this 0 stars, I 110% would! Probably one of the worst pizza and wings take out I’ve ever experienced. The wings came ultra soggy when on the menu it said “Spicy Crispy Chicken wings”. I didn’t get any crispy at all! It was so soggy and unpleasant. Sadly, I won’t be ordering from here
Pizza is excellent. Probably the most underrated pizza chain in ontario. Service is also quick and efficient
If I could give no stars I would. The worst experience I've had in Markham. The employee that was suppose to be making my pizza was sitting on a chair on his phone. Almost didn't wash his hands and when he realized he didn't even use soap as the sink is located in the front of the store behind the counter. When i brought it up to him he ignored me and the person cashing me out argued that his co-worker washed his hands with soap which I guess he has eyes in the back of his heads. Then said "well how am I suppose to know if he used soap". When I realize neither one were going to wash their hands I asked for my money back. With this pandemic and touching things as dirty as phones and money this should be second nature especially in the food business. Well what do I know ?
Me and my friends just went in to get a pizza on July 17th at 9:55. Customer service is completely awful and server was very rude. Also 20 minutes for 2.99 garlic sticks???????????? This is not right.

We used to come here pretty often as the pizzas were good and they always had good specials. However over the years, the quality is not what it used to be. The pizza have less toppings and there’s a lot of crust
This Location is The *BEST* -- Thank You to the Chinese cook. My first order was Very Good, my Second order there was wrong. After I picked it up and noticed the error-- This staff took my Complaint seriously and within 10 minutes I had another delivered -- GREAT SERVICE Friend.Thank you for bringing to my home. Regards
Everything was great except I think they can do better with the thin crust pizzas. It had holes in places. Seems like the layer was too thin to hold the toppings and the sauce. This resulted in the pizza being damaged by the time we came home. Couldn't really enjoy the taste.
