I buy the sauce is expired. Next time I come back ,they say I need to come back,I already put in the garbage,is only 2 $ but they say can’t get me another one .I need to bring it there ,that is the worst customer service I have
I always get pizza from here, it’s super convenient to order from the app or walk in. They’re usually really quick too, and food is always hot and fresh.Just minus one star because sometimes the parking lot is really full, but that’s not really their fault, just the plaza is busy.
I visited this location for the first time last week to use the Raptors promo, was told there was no pizza and they wouldnt make one for another half hour. Went back again today and same attitude. Was asked to make an additional purchase although the promo is no purchase.
I ordered regular Hawaiian and pepperoni pizza today. Picked it up and didn't check it at the store. Once I got home, I noticed the pizza were not even round. Both were very dry, thin crust, crunchy, over cooked. Not enough cheese. I will order from somewhere else next time. Not gonna spend money here as they don't know how to make good pizza.
The first time I've been here, I loved the pizza here. BUT however, the quality of the pizza is going down at a rapid speed. Every time I go there, the pizza is worse than the last time.The crust gets thicker, so much sauce, literally a tiny layer of cheese, very little topping.
I have been a regular customer for over three years at this location. Today was my worst experience ever on first day of the new year. I walked in to order plant based burger, cheese slice and onion rings, was told will take me 10 min, waited for 30 minutes to have the order ready.This message is for the Manager of the store: the girl who was taking the order was too slow, maybe new I don’t care, she needs to be personable with customers: when someone tell her thank you, she should respond not just ignoring and attending to other customers .She needs to work fast and give customers the real time for how long an order should take. I am very dissatisfied and will take me long time to order again from your location. Train her to do the job well so you don’t loose customers..

good pizza friendly staff sometimes the pizza delivered is a little cold
Pizza pizza used to be very bad pizza place. Not sure what pizza pizza did but the dough tastes really good and the toppings are on point! What a huge improvement from few years ago!!
Everyone knows that pizza pizza has ok Quality food but you can get it for a good price and sometimes it can surprise you but The reason for this review is the customer service at this specific location. The man at the cash aims to please every time. Never disappoints and is super nice all the time
