Accidentally ordered here instead of main street. Better than the main street location for sure. Food was fine, any complaints are more of a brand thing than specific to this location. Dont know if pick up was ready on time as it was picked up 10 mins late.
Pizza here is very average. Service isn’t bad it’s pretty decent and the pizzas are made quick but do not taste good at all. They are very cheap with the toppings could add more
I ordered a two serving of the cauliflower bites as part of a delivery order but only received the single serving. I contacted customer service and was told I would get a credit on my next order. Of course on the next order there was no credit received and I emailed customer service back and included in the response was (and I quote here) "We cannot provide a refund."So I would advise everyone to make sure you do not order delivery and check every single thing when you pick it up as they will take your money without giving what you paid for. (I should note that the "we cannot provide a refund email came 2 days after the time limit for registering a credit card dispute)
Variety and quality is consistent, they make mistake once in a while but they will remake your pizza with no problem. They are definitely getting more pricey than before though, quite a lot of ingredients are considered premium now that you need to pay extra. And their 11-11 reward is not really that useful, as you need to redeem it within certain days once you unlock. We don't order pizza every week, so we always miss the redemption date. I would say being a member for over 7 years, we probably only got to redeem twice. It's not worth it. It used to be our go-to pizza place but definitely have been exploring new options
I had a coupon for a free cheese slice after the Raptors won last night. The manager claims the Raptors didn't win and denies me the free pizza since they didn't get an email notification about it.I showed him the QR code and the expiry clearly stats its due the next day + showed him the box score with the Raptors win, but still no pizza. Then he puts the heated pizza back on the tray. Once it cools down and they re-heat that thing its not going to be good for the next customer. Just Terrible!
They burnt my pizza due to rush of kids for lunch. The cook had the audacity to tell me that I should have told him I wanted it “light” not burnt.
My goto for pizza/wings but this place on uber eats is also listed as chicken chicken. I was surprised when my chicken chicken order came up in pizza pizza boxes. Was hoping to try a different chicken restaurant.
Good but pizza could've been better
Used to order my chicken pizza from this restaurant whenever I have guest in my home. They never disappointed me with food and delivery.
