The guy working there got our order wrong. I’m a vegetarian and ordered a veggie plant based pepperoni pizza and they made us a meat pepperoni pizza. The worker accused me of lying saying that I ordered meat pepperoni. I’ve been a vegetarian for the last 10 years and I’m not stupid to order a meat pizza. Horrible customer service. Definitely not coming back here ever again. He was so rude. I work in customer service too and I’ve never treated a customer like that.
I placed two online orders, first one was late. The second one was supposed to be delivered at 10:15pm (the eta on the website said 10:15). We tried calling and at 10:40 we get a call to confirm our order. This was very upsetting and I was very annoyed. The employee did not respond well and was not supportive. They should not put an ETA on the delivery if it doesn’t apply.
Hard pizza and don't have utensils or baby seat for kids. Cashier is not helpful.
If you're charging extra for the cheese, then where's the cheese?
The worst tasting pizza ever. The ground beef had a bad odor. No taste to the sauce and dough was flat and tasteless. Very disappointed.
Pizza pizza has a reputation of having the fastest and tasty pizzas and this location lived up to the promise too.

Disappointing customer service. A simple request for tomatoes to please be diced was met with a \\\"no, we won't do that\\\". Drove down the road to the Pizza Pizza at Hwy 7 and Warden Ave and was met by friendly staff that was happy to accommodate my request and had my pizza ready in 15 minutes.
This is the 2nd consecutive time I receive burnt & dried pizza. The fact that they’re burnt & this restaurant still think it’s ok to deliver to customer, shows this location has no business ethics.After the burnt pizza I had last time I filed a complaint to head office and still nothing has changed.Beware of this location my fellow markham neighbours! :(
I am their regular customer. Bought whole wheat pizza. Found raw dough and not properly baked. When asked for replacement with regular dough they refused. Don’t try their whole wheat pizza. See photo, it is thick crust. Stomach got upset. I got email from Pizza Pizza and they asked my order number. I throw the receipt assuming nothing will happen. I am giving 5 stars because they at least care for customer and they will improve in future.
