This is the second time I have been to this location in the past 2 or 3 months. This place used to be good but it has changed. Last time the pizza was cold and this time the crust was like cardboard. I won't be back. Additionally, the container for the pizza slice is cut is half so there is no covering so they offer a bag which is very messy. Lastly, they don't even input in the prices into the cash register so you have no idea what you were charged you just get a slip from the debit machine. This place is very unethical. I am concerned about what they use on their pizza since they are cutting SO many corners. I will be reporting the tax evasion the CRA and making an official complaint to pizza nova head office.
I believe there has been a change in the owner..it used to have the best pizza in boxgrove but not anymore.. the dough is hard and the pizza has no taste…sad to see this place being replaced
There's one guy here who makes amazing pizza, but if he's not working then the pizza is awful. The dough is that dry cardboard consistency you get at pizza pizza and there's so little sauce that some bites are just dry crust and cheese. The pepperoni is still raw and not even the edges are cooked. It's so frustrating because the one guy that makes good pizza is really good! Like almost NY style thin chewy crust pizza. Every time I come here I roll the dice and I'm either super happy or extremely let down. I can't gamble on this place anymore and have to find a new pizza spot
Countless horrible experiences with this place. Cold pizza, overcooked potato wedges, and long wait times. I just ordered potato wedges and the cashier didn’t make it clear that they would be baked instead of fried. I open the box and not even half of it is full. So along with the laundry list of issues, now portion size too?? I honestly feel like the money I used on a GIFT CARD was wasted at this location.

I regularly come by purchasing some food in this spot. I loved the fast customer service and well prepared dishes. Kudos.

Do not place a delivery order from here - the restaurant 1) takes a long time 2) adds more delay time without any sense of responsibility or concern
We always stop by this Pizza Nova store whenever we go to Markham. They make the best and most flavorful pizza that we yearn for. The service is second to none.
