Pizza tasted chalky when it came reheated. It didn't taste like the same day day pizza or even from yesterday. The single serving of pizza slice came to nearly $6. But seating area was decent, just not the premium price for several days old pizza.
The only reason I’m giving more than 1 star is because the pizza is fantastic.Pizza nova uses Uber eats to increase the reach of their business. They don’t want Uber to get too big of a cut so they use their own employees to deliver the pizza via Uber.When I use Uber eats I choose the “leave at door” option. I don’t care to talk to anyone after a long day of work and we’re in the middle of a pandemic. Luther rang on my doorbell and after 2 minutes starts walking away with my pizza about to leave. So I open the door and he starts raising his voice approaching me saying he was waiting for so long. I don’t care that he’s an employee of pizza nova I ordered on Uber eats and chose contactless / leave at door / drop off within the app. Great pizza, but get your employee Luther in check or have your drivers leave the pizza at the door if that’s the option they choose.
I've been ordering from the Pizza Nova at 6500 Hey #7 Markham for 20 years. For the past number of months one of their delivery drivers ( black Ford F 150 PU ) makes a habit of setting off his car alarm and leaving it on whenever he shows up for work or is loading pizza's.Obviously for security reasons one needs to activate their alarm when parking. However to leave it on for long periods of time is disrespectful to the community that supports this business. This callousness has led me to cease ordering from Pizza Nova. !

Not consistent, very cheap with the cheese, 60% of the time pizza is overcooked.
I have ordered pizza from here 2 times. Both the times I went to pickup which is very quick. Taste wise pizza is really great for the first time but second time Pizza tasted very dry and hard at the bottom. I have ordered regular crust but felt like I got thin crust. H
We stood in a line and started the order with the cashier. Another customer comes in and cashier cuts us and starts to deliver his order and give extra thing and took the payment. Meanwhile, one more customer comes in and stands beside us in a Que, asks her what it is and handover the food and made a transaction. Cashier dint even say sorry for wasting our time thinks we have all the time in the world. Really bad attitude and don’t value customers. Will never visit this place again
