I share the same issue as others pizza was under cooked and doughy. Dough was not firmly pressed into pan to give it that fried crunch I look forward to from pizza hut.I got the pizza of the day $10.99 which is $1 more then Pizza Nova and pizza Nova is way more consistent and generous with toppings and cheese.
On Wednesday July 13th at approximately 6:15pm, I tried placing an order for delivery through the Pizza Hut website from the 6545 Hwy 7 Unit, Markham, ON L3P 3B4 location. Upon completing and submitting the order, the website had informed me that something had gone wrong, and my order could not be completed. Yet they took the $77.72 out of my bank account! When I phoned the customer service line to have this corrected, I was repeatedly either hung up on or disconnected. This happened twice when I called. The third time I called, the girl who answered the phone did not even allow me to finish explaining, she simply put me on hold mid sentence, and transferred me to a lady name Cheryl who advised me she was apart of corporate reporting and would assist me with this issue. (Cheryl was phenomenally helpful)Cheryl took all my required information to open an investigation on this and advised me I would be refunded my money. This exact same issue happened to my sister while I was speaking with Cheryl as my sister was trying to place the exact same order through the Pizza Hut MOBILE app. (same issue happened—the order failed, and they took $77.72 out of my sister’s bank account) So Cheryl was kind enough to open a second investigation for my sisters failed order attempt so she could also be refunded the money taken out of HER bank account.After all of this, we called the store directly to place this same order a THIRD time. And finally (after an hour) was able to have someone place the order (totaling $77.72 before tip) and we got our food. And we still tipped the driver even though we had an awful experience doing this. the ONLY reason i am giving 2 stars is because the food actually tasted amazingUPDATE: I sent an email to have someone follow up regarding my refund... still have heard NOTHING from anyone except an automated email advising it takes 3 business days.Do better pizza hut...do better.
The customer service is pathetic. I wish I could give a negative rating. I always order from the app and this is the location I always get my order from. My last order was completely wrong I had orders beyond meat and the restaurant didn’t bother to tell me that the beyond meat was not available and instead of that veg pizza was delivered. And when I called the customer service they said they would credit my account with a free Pizza. Later I called the customer service to use that credit they had no idea about it they transferred me to the restaurant then the restaurant Transferred me to the customer service. This continued for 10 minutes. Then the restaurant made me hold for another 20 minutes with no result at all. Then I hanged up. We use to love pizza hut, but with this experience I am never ordering pizza from Pizza Hut again. Pizza Hut has lost a customer.
Their dough is very tasty, fluffy and light. Arguably oje of the best pizzas around

Very little ingredients, terrible quality. Regret picking up at this location. They just burnt/brown the cheese to make it look like it's stuffed. Ordered the Large and $5 medium deal and all of them looked alike. Buyer beware.
I placed order online for triple treat box. I reached there at the time of pickup shown in their app. But got my order after waiting for 40 minutes in their store. We were standing in their restaurant and asked them continuously about our order but literally no one was ready to answer us.The person at the cash counter kept going inside the kitchen and ignored us. It was really very disappointing.Pizza was good, especially the base of the pizza was really good.
Totally Garbage pizza. 2/3 of pizza is empty. Ask money for Parmesan cheese. Complain about 10 days before to pizza hut customer service but no one call back or followup from pizzahut. No more Pizza Hut.
November 2021 3★A small Pizza Hut location. No eat in. No tables. Take out only. Placed an online order for 2 pizzas and they were fine. Placed it early for a timed pickup before 6pm. Pizza wasn't too bad. Staff was fine. Parking can be a bit difficult since there are a lot of other stores/restaurants in the plaza.
