First off the place is very clean, all tables are sanitized and you’ll need proof of vaccination to dine in. Staff are ultra enthusiastic and friendly. Dishes cost $17 on average. We ordered P1 and X16 and they were fantastic. I should add that you might find the portions a bit smaller than other pho places, but it should be enough for most.

This place is honestly the best!! Amazing flavour! Great portions! Best Vietnamese food by far! The staff are incredible! They are so friendly and welcoming. The chief even came out to ask how our food was. Top notch!

Restaurant is clean and comfortable. Food is good. Viet Ice coffee is one of the best in Toronto. Only problem is dish portion too small (according to price). Overall I give 4.5?

THE BEST! The owner was so nice and friendly from the second we stepped foot into the restaurant. The food was sooo good! I had the grilled beef rice dish and my husband had the beef brisket, flank and meatball pho and we both agreed it was the best. Absolutely delicious. Definitely ask for the satay sauce. It elevates their dishes even more. 100% would recommend to everyone.

I was debating where to eat...so I thought I`d try this place out at lunch. Prbly in/out within 40 min....and taking my time! The food was quick and service was quick to respond. 2 bowls of noodles and spring rolls. Other places either the spring roll takes tooo long to arrive after the noodles or it comes before your noodles OR worse "re fried" or over cooked. In any case, these were perfect. They serve it with the lettuce and noodles which I haven't seen for awhile. Little things go a long way! I will be back just for this lol. ? Pho Metro. Foodie.

EDIT: recently ordered a grilled pork/Vietnamese sausage/spring roll vermicelli for take out. Though the food wasn't great, I'm very glad to see the same friendly FOH staff and that they're continuing to take a cautious and responsible approach to doing business during covid. The vermicelli dish was a decent portion size with tender pork and homemade nem nuong. However, I found the pork to be lacking in lemongrass flavour and the nem nuong could be cooked a little longer or at a higher temp for more grill flavour. But most importantly, the nuoc cham sauce was very bland and the flavour tasted closer to water than fish sauce or vinegar.Overall, I found the food to be rather inconsistent the last few times I've visited. Despite this, you can count on really good service here.***Ordered the pho dac biet and bun rieu. Both were good but the brisket in the pho was very dry. Bun rieu was good but could use more tomato flavour imo. There's a discount for cash pick up and the guy at the cashier is fun. I'm here for the good vibes?

Great customer service and even better food! The person taking my order was very polite, friendly, and really helpful when helping me decide what I wanted to order! The food was fresh and done very quickly! The portions were great and the prices were reasonable. I'll definitely be coming here more often!!!

Hidden gem in Bur Oak and Kennedy. Very comfy inside. Superior service. My wife tried the classic special pho and an avocado smoothies and I tried the spicy pho with a Vietnamese coffee. The noodles and meat were enhanced by the surprisingly good broth. Drinks are not just good but owner was nice enough to put them into takeout cups first before serving. Very thoughtful. We will definitely go back and try other pho and dishes.

I’ve been to many Pho restaurants, and I have to say, this particular Pho Metro made a great impression on me. We came on a Saturday dinner, and was greeted by the host who was very welcoming. After getting seated, our server (a young girl in glasses) was also very friendly and welcoming. Compared to many Pho restaurants I’ve visited, the workers aren’t generally that caring and wouldn’t try to strike a conversation with you. It definitely made my night a lot better with the friendly atmosphere the restaurant had.Ordering was very simple, scan the code to access the PDF menu online. We ordered one large P1 & small P7, which didn’t take too long to arrive. The large portion was probably one of the biggest I’ve seen around. As for the small, I liked the portion bc generally I can’t finish one - so I end up wasting food. However, I was able to finish this small size. The soup had a very clean taste, and the noodles were thin (perfect for me). The ingredients overall tasted fresh ??Would definitely recommend visiting them :)IG: Ayenomz

Friendly staff, great food, reasonable prices. Most importantly, our kids (picky eaters) would finish an entire meal. This place is our go-to, not just for convenience but they serve excellent comforting Viet food. Avocado smoothie and Viet coffee are amazing too. We've been here since they opened, and yes there were ups and downs with kitchen staff turn over, pandemic stress, etc.. but what has been evident are the improvements that they continue to make as a family (from menu changes, take out container choices and how to serve the community during the pandemic). They genuinely want to share great Viet food with you. For that, we appreciate this family business and will always return for pho.
