The food here at Pho 99 is quite good. Not perfect but good. I love eating here and it all tastes delicious, the only problem is that the meat is a cheaper quality (still good though) It's a small family restaurant and tastes good, would recommend.

After experiencing a reopening for dine-in at another pho place we usually go to where they started using plastic throw away bowls and tiny kid size spoons and wooden take out chopsticks.. Not to mention the cheap tiny premade hot & hoisin sauce we had enough and started visiting pho99 again.. Wow do I miss these big bowls... You know there's a science to Porcelain Pho bowls.. They are used to keep the broth and noodles hot till the very last bite. The big spoons and chopsticks are used so you can actually get a mouthful of both broth and noodles together. The meat portions on the order are also very good here where other places have seem to get worse over covid.. Tea still comes out in a teapot and your own cup ? I have definitely been coming back for the Pho.. 5 out of 5 stars for the experience that just for that time spent eating. Makes you forget about the time we live in and all this covid junk ??
Great customer service! My family got the vegetarian pho bowl and the vegetable pad Thai! Both of the portions were large, and extremely filling! Can't wait to come back again!
Terrible food and service. Made me wait 45 min for 1 meal and ended up tasting like cardboard. You’re better off going to Pho Quinn next door. Way better food, wasted money here

The bun bo hue and seafood pho are bland compared to any other pho place I've tried. Almost no flavour. The bun bo hue broth looked like pho with added chili pepper, rather than proper bun bo hue.
Had the chicken and beef with rice and the chicken and shortrib beef with rice and shrimp rolls. It was pretty bland and usually I love that type of food. Portions were good rice but disappointed overall with taste.
Great tasting pho and rice. Items on the menu are very well priced. Presentation of the food when it arrived looked great. Gave plenty of hot sauce and hoisin sauce. Vegetables the food came with were very fresh and clean. I’m surprised they gave so much chicken and pork for the rice dish, which is great. My first time ordering here and for sure won’t be my last. Tried many pho places before and this place is for sure one of the best.
