Decent rooms. Clean enough. Smelly hallways but it is just qualified enough to be liveable night to night.Usually I stay in high end hotels if possible but this will do the trick if you are in a jam. Do not recommend for multiple nights.Clean bathrooms. Clean sheets. Good service at front desk.Travel 30 weeks per year.
I was looking for a moderately priced hotel for 3 nights for my young daughters dance competition. The price was good but what changed my mind entirely was the fact they use the hotel guest swimming pool for swimming lessons for outside people. Firstly because were in covid times I don't see how this is acceptable in any way whatsoever. Secondly My daughter and I shouldn't be told we can use a small one lane corner of the pool while the lessons utilize the other 90% of the pool. I have to say in all my years of hotel stays, this ranks up at 1 for utter disappointment . I'll never stay again
If we had paid $60 a night, I wouldn’t have much to say. But for $120 a night, I highly advise you go anywhere else. Our bathroom was moldy, there were dust bunnies built up all over, food under the chair cushion, the curtains were falling off the wall, and all of the furniture was broken/falling apart. To top it all off, we found a used condom next to one of the beds!!! In addition to the horrible state of the room, staff were very crass and unhelpful. There were swimming lessons happening in the hotel pool and our kids were constantly hollered at to get out of the way? The hot tub and sauna were out of commission…. The list just goes on.Would not ever return.
Lovely visit! I stayed here for a quick two night trip while visiting some family. The front desk was very accommodating and friendly. They went above and beyond by welcoming us, and offering to help us with anything we needed. They gave us a great restaurant recommendation and helped us figure out how to get there. The room itself was clean, comfortable and updated. I had no issues! Will be back and highly recommend!
Be careful going here, me and my boyfriend planned a last minute stay for 2 two nights and after switching rooms twice due to a broken window in the first room, and stained sheets and leftover hair in the next room…. We ended up getting the third room with BLACK MOLD and cracks in the shower itself and area. As we took pictures and communicated the faults to the front desk, we ended up getting our refund as this was a HUGE health hazard.
Don't expect a lot from the facilities. You are on your own. Some of the staff are helpful. I asked for bottled water from night staff and they refused. Morning staff provided it. During my 15 days, not once was the room cleaned and after two weeks fter checkout I am still waiting for the refund of my security deposit.Location is nice and coffee was good.
Room and hotel was clean and tidy in general. Their snowplows were going hard at it during the snow storm ensuring that vehicles can move around the property safely. Front desk staff Juno was very polite and professional. I was having issues with their computer and printer; he went out of his way to work out a solution for me. I really appreciate his help and I highly recommend this hotel.
I checked in and there’s no water, no slippers, no sanitizer or hand wash in the toilet. Once asked they said they don’t provide these. You’ve to buy water or anything else you want. At least all the hotels provide complimentary water and slippers.Make sure you bring your slippers and don’t expect too much within this budget. I would say bring your own amenities. The rooms are spacious though.
Olga at the bar is amazing! Switching my hotel I go to based on how nice she was!
This hotel was just what I needed: A place to lie my head at a reasonable price. It's not fancy and provides little flair. But the staff is friendly and the rooms are decent.
