We went for breakfast around 10:30am. When we went inside the server said sit wherever you want and sorry about the mess. We were the only ones in there and there were 6 tables that still had food, plates etc. on them. The server seemed to either have no idea what she was doing or just didn't care. Too many issues to list them all. When we went to leave, only one of the six tables had the plates and food cleaned off.
you can tell right away this food is fresh homemade everything. i stayed here here 3 nights in a row and didn’t think about eating anywhere else. the quality of food for the price is rare to see. these are pros! don’t even think about it just grab a seat and thank me later
very disappointed all wanted to do was sit with myfriends in the lobby n got threatened to the cops called very disrespectful. Small rooms dirty washroom had hair in the shower.
I’m impressed by this establishment every time I visit. The food is continually excellent and served in a timely fashion. The staff and owner are attentive and allow you to enjoy your meal without intrusion yet visit just enough. Sitting at the bar tonight, my drink never ran dry. 5 stars.

The food was abysmal, over priced and takes WAY too long to be prepared.
This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The first room we checked into had hair extension clips under the bed, a piece of sharp plastic, a bottle cap and some unidentified orange thing under the bed. Clearly this hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. We went to the reception to let them know and they told us they would switch us room. The next room had mold all over the ceiling. The third room they changed us to had straw wrappers and a disposable camera wrapper (didn’t they stop making these in the early 2000s) on the floor in plain view. Finally we decided to leave and we’re told since we used the room they would charge us 79$ and return our 29$. Even though the rooms they gave us shouldn’t have been given to us in the first place. We ended up coming to the Hampton inn down the street. Honestly pay the $40 more to stay here. I promise it’ll be worth it.
We were given two rooms as per our booking, check in was delayed and lousy from the front desk. They gave us access to someone else’s room, and when we entered they were already in. Staff is extremely rude .
One-week stay at Park Inn was very good. Room was very clean, spacious, had a work desk and fridge. Comfortable beds, quiet A/C. Plenty of well-lit, safe parking. Great indoor pool - used is just once, very clean and pleasant. Staff is very courtious and helpful. Location is great - altough in industrial area, there are plenty of excellent restaurants in the area, some within 10-minute walk. The only negative is that hallways get noisy, sometimes very early or very late. We stayed at more expensive and supposedly "upscale" Hampton Inn just before, but Park In turned out to be much better overall - rooms, cleanliness, staff. Will not hesitate staying at Park Inn again.
