Osmow’s this does not represent your quality standards.I ordered a Greek salad with chicken and was immediately disappointed. The cucumbers were soggy and the tomatoes were sub par. The lettuce wasn’t really good but I was hungry so I ate it.I have to say the quality is usually better at other locations but today it was bad.From a loyal customer, please reinforce the quality standards so it doesn’t happen again.I would have put 1 star today but because I normally have good experiences I’ll give 3.

Osmos is one of our weekly menu. But , we had really worst experience with osmos food. Me and my friends staying close to that location , so its our regular spot. Yesterday ( March 31 st 2022) we bought 5 take out chicken on the rocks . When we reach home . The portion in side the container was really half to the container. This is second time for us . First time we return the item and show them and they convince us but now they again doing the same . So , who ever going to this location should ask them to show the container before closing to make sure whether tis filled or they cheated with quantity. Plzz... stop cheating the public...

Large portions and lots of spice. We ordered a chicken shawarma platter and the Thursday special as well as chicken on salad. The portions are huge (even for the special). The chicken shawarma platter has chicken on rice in a large container and the salad it in its own medium sized container. It's spicier than you think. I ordered medium and it was very spicy. Highly recommend.

I'm giving a generous 3 stars today because I know they are capable of having better days and generally give us a good experience.Today, it was good food ruined by the service to online orders. My husband ordered ahead of time. In their defense, the order did say it would be ready by 1:05pm, and it was ready on time. But it also didn't make sense.Got there 30 minutes early. My husband went in, they asked him what he was waiting for, and he told them our order. Four people walked in after him, ordered in person, got their food and left before us. I understand that a time was given to us, but if we had walked in and ordered, it would have apparently taken less time. It makes no sense that they waited to prepare the order since we ordered first and were there first. If they couldn't make the food right away for whatever reason, they should have communicated that to us, so we understood why everyone else was served.Also, if you want mild heat, don't order anything spicy in a wrap. It is really hard to keep the heat spread evenly and you get some really hot spots, while other areas are more manageable. My husband also had to taste the wraps to find out which was which because I cannot handle any amount of spicy food. Maybe we missed the label, but we didn't see anything marking which wrap was which.

0 customer service, first they forgot to tell me i have to grab my own drink. I realized it when i reached home then when i got back at 9:55 they said they are closed. I had to bang on door to tell them to open the door so I can take my drink. Then the girl came to the door and said “you are supposed to take your own drink, go grab it”. 0 courtesy, 0 customer interaction. Just kept rushing people like its their fault to be there.

Placed an order for pickup at 1:20pm and I got there at 1:40pm. They mentioned wait time was 15 minutes, which is understandable. However, this location is extremely understaffed and I only got my order at 2:10pm. Almost 30 minutes later?? Not to mention that the staff gave orders to other customers who ordered after me and proceeded to make online orders, when there was huge line up in store?? I then drove back home to hopefully enjoy my large chicken on the rocks, but this is what I saw when I first opened it. I paid for a large, not for my food to be drastically cut in portion size. Extremely disappointed with this location, will not be returning.

Ordered 2 chicken on the Rox with the 7.99 special. Exactly the same toppings. 1 box looked great and was full. Second one was depressing in comparison

WHY WAS THERE NO HOT SAUCE IN MY FOOD? After waiting for 30 minutes, I got my food, REPEATED MY ORDER TWICE TO THE EMPLOYEE to make sure they were giving me the correct order, drove 15 minutes to get home and opened up this garbage!!! Aside from the lack of hot sauce, the portions were less than usual. I had to use some random hot sauce from my fridge and it did not taste good. Extremely disappointed!!!UPDATE: The owner responded saying sorry and that they will train the team to be better.... aka the same generic response to the numerous negative reviews they've received. Still extremely disappointed!

We have went twice to this location and have been completely been ignored by the staff both times. I asked why I was not served and the gentlemen said they were preparing for closing . The time we went in was about 8:30. Meanwhile, the store closes at 10:00 p.m. We were there about 10-15 minutes before we were acknowledged only to find that they ran out of chicken. If you want good service, do not go to this store. There was one another gentleman waiting for the order. The gentleman received it and there was no way the person behind the counter could not see us as we were right beside the customer. We will not visit this location again because of it as it has happened to us twice in a row at this location.

Horrible and unprofessional customer service. It didn’t feel anyone working here cares how long the customer is waiting or have the courtesy to at least show they will be with the customer. Basic 101 of customer service missing.
