Our family has been this location's customers for the last few years. The food has always been good, but the service has been getting worse. Maybe because the restaurant is getting too busy, and management cannot keep up with the growth.Especially for takeouts, I ordered today's takeout couple days ago. As a long-time customer, I knew I would need to wait in line to pick up the takeout. Thus, I went to the restaurant to pick up the food 10 minutes before the pickup time. When I arrived, there were bags and trays of takeouts sitting on the shelves waiting to be picked up. There was also a long lineup all the way to the outside of the restaurant.I explained to one of the staff, and the staff told me I should line up. 15 minutes later, I asked my husband to hold my spot and went to the front of the line to explain to the cashier. The cashier also told me I should line up. I continued to line up. The line went very slow because if the takeout was not ready, the cashier would go to the kitchen and/or the sushi chefs to follow up, ignoring there were bags and trays of food on the shelves waiting to be picked up.When it was my turn, I had been lining up for 30 minutes, and my takeout had been sitting on the shelf all that time. This is a sushi restaurant serving sushis and sashimis, ie, raw fish. My sushis and sashimis were sitting on the shelf, ie at room temperature, might be even before I arrived!A simple white board or chalkboard with the order numbers that are ready to be picked up by customers would solve this issue. Those customers whose orders are ready can just pick up the food, pay and leave!

Went to this place to celebrate early mother's day for dinner.During sitting, we were not told there is a ONE HOUR limit for dinner even though it is a la carte. We only knew of the one hour limit when we are almost full and the where waitress informed if we have anything more to order as we only have one hour table limit and anymore than allowable time is unfair to waiting customers.I was not happy they presented this as I have elders eating with me who eats slow and require more sitting time to eat, have they not consider it is also unfair to our family and also other guests sitting eating as well? This is very bad business practice when you only allow one hour limit for each table to eat when you are not operating a ln All You can Eat restaurant.Food wise, I will give it 2.5/5 , the seaweed is hard to chew, the rice is mushy (as if the rice has been prepared overnight). The food (along with the Toro handroll) is less than average, there are places who are better and does not impose a time limit for eating a la carte.I definitely would not recommend this place. There are plenty options out there.

So amazing. Their portions are plenty, especially for the sushi/sashimi/roll boat. For the (decent) price you’re paying, you’re getting very good quality fish and rice, and larger tables (5+) usually get a little booth with a door. I’ve been here twice, and I would come back again. Their tuna was very enjoyable, and so was the beef tataki! I was very surprised that they gave us fresh oyster as part of sashimi!!Also make sure to book well in advance! They are super busy and don’t have the seating to accommodate everyone. The servers are super busy so they may make you feel rushed, but if you score a booth with a door, it won’t bother you. Cash is 5% discount, but I’m not sure if that applies to all tables or if you need a minimum order.

I came here with my family to celebrate a birthday. I love how we had our own private little room to dine in. It makes it extra special and private. All their sushi and sashimi were soo fresh . We order a sushi boat (4 person portion) and 3 appetizers and we were all very full. I will definitely come back here again when I'm in town again next time.

Special rolls are huge, food quality is amazing. The vibe and atmosphere unique and you feel like Japan?. The service and staff are amazing, definitely will drive 30km again to have your amazing sushi

Food was great!! It was very busy in a Saturday night. I recommend making reservations. We had the spicy orange dragon roll and the dynamite roll. Only 4 stars because it was a little chilly at times due to sitting near the entrance and lots of people coming in/out letting the cold air in.

I came here for my friend's bday. The sushi here was average to me. Where they really shine are the rolls. We ordered their special rolls and they were massive. It is pricey but the portion rolls are bigger.

The food is is totally delicious. Best sushi restaurant for miles around, and the service is amazing! Love all the people here, and even though we haven’t been in for months because of the lockdown, they remember me and my best friend! Worth the 40 minute drive any day!

Ordered T6 platter for take out, it had a good variety. The sushi was good quality, presentation was nice, overall good value for your money. Good eats. There's also 5% discount for paying with cash.

The interior of this resaurant was quite unique. Their sushi were pretty fresh and the sizes were ideal. Especially the dragon rolls was huge. The service was good on a busy Friday night. I did not admire their table, because was quite sticky to the touch.
