Not a very positive experience. Warning: if you continue eating after 9 pm, they might actually snatch your plate. As we entered the place, we got an impression that staff didn't want us to have dinner there. With lots of ifs and buts, we were finally assigned a table. The order had to be placed before 8:15 pm! It was just past 9 pm when we were almost about to finish, and the staff actually started snatching our plates right from under our nose. The overall experience was not very pleasent. The food may have actually been good, but the way the staff handled the overall situation, it definitely left a bad taste in the mouth. If you are visiting in the evening, do so at your own risk!

We’ve received very very poor customer service from this location and will never order from there again. They sold us rotten salad and bloody chicken. When we called to notify them of the issue, a male staff there answered the phone and question us as to why we wanted to speak with a manager and went on to cut me off everytime I spoke by saying hurry up I have customers and that we need to speak to skip the dishes. As I continued to say Skip did not prepare the food, he then cut me off again and said they will give you back your money. I then said stop cutting me off, I don’t want money back, I just wanted to let you know so that it doesn’t happen to another customer and then cuts me off again and says well speak faster I have customers and proceeds to hangs up the phone on me. Horrible customer service. Terribly rude and unapologetic.

Been eating at Nandos for 15 years, around the globe. This evenings meals were not upto Nandos standards at all. First I was told that there were no chicken legs in stock so I could only order 2. After that, the Peri Peri hot sauce on the table surely felt as if it was diluted. It was milder than a medium at other restaurants. The place is dingy, dimly lit. Dine in area is cordoned off for some strange reason even now when there are no restrictions in place. Sparse staff. Clearly visible that this location is cutting corners everywhere. The man who seems to be in charge here is not customer service oriented at all and it reflects in everything. Never going back to this location. Very disappointing.

The customer service is lacking in this place.. even though dine-in is a option they shut it off during the day which is super inconvenient to those who are looking to dine in for lunch or brunch. the rice wasn’t fresh, cashier was stingy about garlic sauce, wasn’t really listening when we went back to ask questions.. we did not feel welcome at this location.. food was okay but this place needs a makeover when it comes to the aesthetic and layout. Not very pleased.

No complaints with the food, as always standard nandos taste . But the customer service is pathetic. The lady who was there was quite rude. I had made slight change in my order when I called 2nd time. So when I went to pick up she said why didn’t you change the order before the receipt was processed . “Now I have to cancel this receipt and make a new one “. Do u speak this way to your customer? If there was an issue why didn’t the lady who took my order inform me that the order can’t be changed since the receipt is already processed ? I did not argue with her there since she was not even interested for any clarification. And worst of all there was no thanks nothing.Never going back again and guys please try some other Nandos location. You don’t want to get out of the restaurant with sour experience like this.

Food is good however customer service could have been better. Don't show your frustration over the customer if you are busy.

The atmosphere was very dead.. They had no music playing.. They blocked off all the tables even though dine in was an option. They gave us a table and when we went up to the counter to order, advised that they didn't have the halloumi and portabello mushroom sandwich/wrap. No apology or attempt made to recommend another dish. We ordered a veggie sandwich instead with three sides.. The side order of fries came in a small bowl. Definitely not worth the value.

The food is great , however I am giving it 2 stars solely on the lack of customer service. The lady ( seems to be the owners wife) has zero care for their customers. She comes across as doing a favor helping with the order pick up. I have witnessed her arguing with multiple customers at different occasions. A lot of attitude when you need to show appreciation. Disappointed with the service.

This location is run by cheap penny pinchers who are tight on the sauce and seem to never want to sell double leg dinners. Plus the quarter chicken is the size of a pigeon or quail leg. I now will continue to drive to the corporate location in Richmond hill where my money will be respected. Done with these cheap folks.

Wished they had better customer service and weren't so stingy with things. Asking for extra peri peri for orders close to 100 is like the worst thing you can do apparently. They don't accommodate your requests for whole chicken to be all white meat either, corporate and other locations all over Canada used to do this all the time. Unfortunately since most Nandos closed down this is one of the only locations that's still close to us now. Nandos is a personal favorite and will always be.
