The food is always fresh and the staff are great. The place is very clean.

It was good. But the way they messed up by sub, I didn't like it. They packed it very poorly as everything was jumping out of the sub even though I asked to put only few veggies.Overall, team is really good and friendly with good customer service skills.
By far the best Mr Sub store in the city by a landslide. Place is always clean, the toppings, bread and food are always fresh and they know how to make a sandwich properly here. I know it’s not rocket science but you’d be surprised how many places screw it up. These guys do it right here so be sure to stop on by one day and enjoy yourself a proper submarine ?
Unfortunately the staff must have been having a bad day. It felt like I was in an episode of Seinfeld, you know, the one with the soup. Very unprofessional.
This MR. SUB is by far the best one in Ontario. The customer service is always amazing, they are so helpful and not just for walk in orders. I have been organizing lunches for my old office and current office for the last 7 years and can honestly say I am always impressed. Everything is always so fresh ! If you are in the area pop in!
Really good at keeping you satisfied
The daily specials are great and a large size sub can be split between two for lunch. The Steak & Cheese sub is on the pricey side, but you do receive a decent amount of meat. The location is clean and the service is friendly and fast.

Why are the workers there told not to wear masks? Not a single employee was handling food wearing a mask but customers have to walk in wearing one. I just don’t get it
