Hands down the best spot for Korean fried chicken! The first time I ordered from here, they forgot to give me my honey butter fries so I called them to let them know and they were so lovely to talk to. They took my name and number down and I was able to get it my next order. Staff are so friendly! We love the honey butter fried chicken as well as the garlic soy sauce chicken (half and half - perfect amount for 2-4 people). Perfect crunch, seasoning is perfect and the honey butter seasoning reminds me of travelling around Asia! Their honey butter fries are also reallllllllly good! Even though it is a bit pricey, it is delicious and I think definitely worth it!

Garlic soy sauce chicken and the kimchi fries are amazing. A bit expensive but a treat.

Amazing fried chicken. I don't think there's anything on the menu someone could order and not like. Their fries are crazy good. If I even had a complaint, it's that they put too much seasoning on their fries. But I'll still order and eat them anyway without a problem. Because they're so freaking tasty.

Got the half n half, garlic soy and korean spicy. Was really delicious with a nice crisp and flavorful. The whole chicken is sufficient for 2 ppl.I took a take away still it didn't get soggy that early so Im sure having fresh inside the place would even be better. Will be back there to try other flavours for sure.

Ordered today by phone, since I found Uber eats is expensive even with promo code. Ordered 2 boxes of boneless chicken and 1 fries, paying cash for 10% off, I wasn’t clear about the total so I confirmed over the phone, total is $59.XX; when my husband pickup up is $69.XX; so I called in again, been told is $69.XX. Well i love the chicken, but I’m pretty sure I can tell $59 and $69, since they don’t have the latest menu online, so I can not really see the price. Just feel “ugh, why I don’t order on Uber eats”

Crossposted on IGTried out Mr Chimaek(driving distance only two minutes from my place!?)Totally recommend this place❤ We ordered the spicy garlic chicken and korean rice cake(?), the jalapeno with the creamy rice cake has a nice kick(watch out for ring of fire the next day tho).Plesantly surprised by the poutine they had, it was an A++for a poutine fan???and that little coleslaw dish (tho it is a little pricey?

Some of the reviews are a bit off and not sure why anyone would feel negative about this amazing restaurant but the two instances I’ve ordered here, the Korean Fried Chicken were exceptionally good! You’d expect below than average service (no offence, the area and demographic gives you the notion that the customer service department would be poor) but they have exceeded my expectations! Authentic South Korean style fried chicken, tasteful flavours and quite tender meat as well. Grab their soju and your set to have an amazing evening!Keep up the good work Mr.ChiMaek!Foodgasm Rating: 5/5

Solid experience. Decor and ambience was great, ample seating and clean facility. Service was polite and considerate. A bit on the pricier side.Rice cakes were fantastic and the garlic and soy sauce fried chicken was delicious. A few dry pieces but forgivable since it I presume we ordered bone in and it seemed fresh. Portions are very generous. They give popcorn before the food arrives too!

Way too over-hyped. First time trying their food today and went out of my way to get some. I couldn’t chew through some of the pieces of chicken and paid $40 for just chicken and fries. If you want great chicken, go to “The Fry” instead. These are just some of the pieces that were rock-hard and I literally could not chew through because it hurt my teeth. I was so excited to try them out but left so disappointed.

Reasonably priced, chicken was really tasty, nice and hot. The spicy is really spicy. Honey garlic was a little too salty.
