Orders are mixed up--have forgotten happy meal toys, burgers, sauces and hash browns. Tried to order donut before, manager wanted to give us the frozen version instead of the thawed version. Lines are extremely long during busy times-- have waited over half an hour with drive thru and curbside.
Great location, decent customer service, they have all menu items at this location. I stepped in to drop a deuce & was pleased by the exceptionally clean washroom ????
Always have to wait to get food.Mostly ask to drive around the driver through if the food is not ready.When I order my food there was only one car in front of me and the person in the drive through ask both of us to drive around the drive through, don't know what's the logic here, usually in other McDonald, they ask to park in the designed curbside pickup spots some one will bring the food to us which is not happening here, the car infront of me drive like 3 times.
Fries are never salty enough, coke is always watered down. Drive thru usually sends me to parking spot to wait no matter how simple the order.
Just ask for whatever you don't actually want, you will end up with the correct order!?? Also wait in pick up lane 1 for your for 30 minutes only to be told someone else accepted your $50 order, no compensation, just go!
I wish I could give a zero star rating. This place is the worst McDonalds branch I've ever been to. I called this location at 3:25a.m to ask if they're serving smoothies at this time, they said yes and confirmed I can come in to order.I immediately drove 20 minutes to this location as I desperately needed the smoothie, only to be told that they can't take any order till 4:20. I told them I had called earlier and explained my situation, then I was told to drive up for the smoothie as long as I can pay cash - which I agreed to.This rude Asian lady walks up to the window and tells me they're just doing me a favour by taking my order as they don't take orders by this time and it doesn't make sense because my order is $4.20. I was upset because I called before driving 20 minutes as I really needed this and they claim to offer 24 hours service. She just rudely asked if I wanted the smoothie or not... Of course I said no! Terrible place.
I can't help but talk about this south asian lady driver cashier. During this time we used to buy breakfast and lunch. This monday and tuesday this south asian lady again deducted my cash .My mom said forgwt it. It's not easy for everyone. But I don't want her ro deceive me like that. Which she wants to get rich like this??
Food was fairly fresh; store was clean; service was horrible though.Cashier Minna, only asked something to the effect of "What do you want?".Napkins were handed with her head turned the other way.
Absolutely and utterly disorganized. Constantly told whe ordering through drive thru that you have to wait for your food, only for it to be delivered luke warm. 2 cars in drove thru today , still had to wait foe luke warm food. Ridiculous.
I drive to buy a breakfast and have to wait 30 minutes in the car. I keep seeing a lot of people get their breakfast and can't wait for mine. My simple one is just eggs and bread. It takes 30 minutes. ??
