Missing the lower bun on the spicy chicken sandwich. Looks like I’m not the first customer this is happening to. These guys need to do better! Really disappointing.
Went through the drive through line to pick up a mobile order and waited for five minutes at the drive through line on the right for someone. After not hearing anything i finally spoke while three other cars on the left had gone ahead of me. Not sure if a sensor is broken but service needs to be better
I spent last Friday in this branch with my daughter as they just opened the kids playing area, during my visit I notice a stinky spot in that area and I wasn’t sure what was it, I called one of the staff members his name is Mohamed Mahmoud and immediately he came in with me to check it out and he went back to his station and cane back with cleaning detergent and sanitizer to fix the problem, and he said “Thank you for let us know” with a smile on his face, to me that was a fast response and a wow customer experience.
Two McDoubles without the buns and a couple of tomato slices with a side order of french fries makes for the perfect salesman's lunch on the road. Gluten-free and perfect for a Celiac like me. The food was served hot and fresh and efficiently by well-trained polite helpful smiling staff. The restaurant was clean and the washroom was maintained with the correct supplies. Would definitely stop in at this McDonald's again.
Update: they replaced the sandwiches the next day. Actual Review: Rubish place. We waited half an hour in drive thru, tild several times that we need happy meals without meat she agreed and confirmed then again on payment time confirmed everything, when arrived home and opened the box found meat in there. The manager should call and compensate and apologize for this waste of time
I ordered a double cheeseburger, a spicy chicken sandwich and a small coke at 3:30 am through drive thru. I get all the way home and my sandwich is missing the bottom bun. I tried calling the location 7 times in a row after that and no one answered. And i was never provided a receipt at the window so I don’t even have a reference number for the bill.
It's not just this mcdonalds but most mcdonalds locations in general, the staff are rude and inconsiderate. I've expressed this in writing to the top managers several times but doesn't seems to phase anyone. I now refuse to go to third windows, it's a drive through no a wait through. This is the 3rd time I go to the 3rd window and nobody shows up with Mt order and I'm told it was forgotten. Not to mention the multiple times items have been missed that we pay for with our hard earned. This priority of moving quickly and timed drive through over customer service and making sure the customer receives there order complete needs to stop.
I did drive-thru today for a Junior chicken. It was not that busy. Usually it takes a while to order and also have to wait to move in the line. Good customer service and tasty burger. Thank you:)

Wish I could give 0 star. Have then do many chances but everyone is a disappoinment. Give me wrong order more then once, mobile order they never came I end up during in the car for 15 min then go in to ask and they say their system was down. Today I bought a all day breakfast sausage McMuffin and they gave me ham, the fries were cold And the coffee has a piece of plastic in it. They are the worst McDonald's I've ever visited.
