McDonald’s is always amazing in terms of fast service with great precision and accuracy in handling online orders. Though one of my orders was not ready when I arrived, the other was ready and complete with napkins, ketchup etc.
Curbside order for this location is extremely slow. This is not a lunch time yet, lots of cars parked on the curbside spots with no ppl inside, and the pickup still takes forever… I don’t know what these guys doing. Maybe enjoying their coffee in the kitchen ?
I love to order my lunch by using the mobile app and pickup at the curbside parking. They always serve the food fast and let me avid the line up at the drive thru. By a dozen of visits, I can recognize a gentleman who is very nice and always wish me a good day with his smile in his eyes (as wearing mask).
McDonald's food is standard. There is nothing better or worse than other McDonald's. What is worse than others is the layout and speed of the drive-through. The line gets backed up sometimes to the lights, and I've seen people blocked in countless times. What doesn't help and keeps the lines long is how slow this drive-through is.
I can't believe what I saw on Dec 29 at this location. In the middle of a pandemic, there is an expectation to follow safety protocols in food preparation. Unfortunately, I saw a young man in the back preparing a hamburger with bare hands, touching everything. I cancelled my order immediately and left. Unacceptable especially at these times.
I came here in driver through this Tuesday and order sausage and Egg McMuffin breakfast combo early morning at around 4 45am , I saw an Asian lady in the window and friendly greeting to me. The breakfast sandwich taste so good today with juicy sausage meat and fresh egg ???????I appreciate both crews working here especially the kitchen crews today. They maybe overnight crews or early morning crews, no matter which one they are, other Locations should learn from them(Especially the kitchen crews!!!!!) Great service ?Great good?Great location ???
I ordered a McChicken Combo around 2 am Tuesday earlier morning, I asked For a Fresh McChicken combo and junior chicken on the side in the Driver through, the Asian lady ask me to park in the lot for a fresh one, just a few minutes after, I received a brand new fresh McChicken and junior chicken with the Hot fries with the Asian boy wear glass, he nicely apologized for the waiting time and give me the food. Great service!???Great Food and Great greeting. The night crews working here are always friendly and kind???I look forward to come again.
The service is pretty quick. It looks like they were holding together due to the drive threw line up was huge.Also, the coffee was alright. It wasn't as good as the other location. But that's because it was busy that day.So people, don't be harsh on them. It's like that everywhere. They are trying their best. If they screwed up the order. Don't be harsh. Just go back and return it and Nicely ask for the correct one.
Missing items from the order. And it was not the first time. Once missed the hash brown, today totally missed the happy meal. How can you miss a while set of happy meal? The staffs are not trained well at all. Shame for the big brand.
Terrible! No quality control? The muffin is burnt! No one noticed, just packaged for sale?! *that sausage patty, dry and brittle as if it were hours old the cheese chipped off. This went straight into the trash after pics taken! Waste of time and money! BTW AS AN FYI, McDonalds, Food poisoning is a real issue!
