Watch out for people who use their fingers to clean off tongs and scoops while serving. I mean, come on people, hasn’t COVID taught you anything?!?!?!
This was our first ever visit to Mandarin Copper Creek Markham. We were little late to the restaurant and had half an hour to dine in. Yet the kind of exceptional services we received from Angel who delightfully served us and made sure we did not miss anything on the available menu. She was extremely courteous , polite and a thoroughly professional. Not only she took care of the meal she went extra mile to ensure we were well served, attended and seen off. I would like to give high 5 and Thumbs up for her amazing service and courtesy?

Would give zero if I could. Had to order take out 2 days in advance. Went to check my order status and the restaurant had canceled my order. Seriously? Seriously??? Mandarin was my favorite restaurant and I was ordering every week to support them during covid. Obviously they don't need my business. Guess what Mandarin, I don't need you either.
I had buffet dinner here.. lots of varieties and desserts was outstanding. i would definitely recommend this place for everyone. thank you Mandarin team.
High recommended this restaurant ,the first impression was so clean, i also can see the disinfection supplies in everywhere. Good environment, the buffet was so many choice .the drink was nice, Special recommended the hot food and the dessert section.we always come for weekend dinner and special occasion.
Covid protocols are followed. Proof of vaccine and masks required upon entry. You must wear a mask and disposable gloves when getting your food from the buffet. They provide the gloves at a sanitizing station right outside the dining room. Service was good as usual. The servers are attentive and courteous. Food was good. noodles, rice, deep-fried shrimp chicken wings general tao, and the usual American-Chinese dishes. Plus roast beef, grilled chicken, sausage, dumplings and sushi, etc. salads, soups, desserts, and ice cream. Same as usual.
I went there for a family dinner. Fortunately no one was there except for one person. They didn't had the buffet. Now with the menu they give a document which has the menu items and you have to mark and number how many portions you want. The food was okay. We had Hot & Sour Soup, Vegetable Fried Rice, Shanghai Noodles,Black Pepper Steak,General Tao Chicken,Kung Pao Chicken,Golden Fried Wontons, Rum punch, Mango freeze, Oreo milkshake, Mudslide. I overheard that the buffet is still on during weekend and on holidays. I guess that makes sense.
The staff have always been friendly. It’s always service with a smile. Food quality has always been quite good for a buffet with a good assortment to fit all tastes. Dessert assortment is large. We had been going there for a several years and our last time was 2 weeks before the start of lockdown. It must have been tough for all of them. I hope to visit again in the near future like we used to.

It's always a pleasure to see Jerry drop by the table to see how things are.So many visits here this year. We are here for our annual staff Christmas dinner. The place is well decorated and it’s packed. The new dinner placement looks super. As always the the food is hot, fresh and well presented.Once again we visit and once again it was OUTSTANDING!!!Well another successful dinner. Time well spent with family.Could not get in for Mother’s Day yesterday so we are here tonight. Another great meal.Another dinner here and things are GREAT!!!!
