I have been ordering from restaurant from very long time and never had any issue. But for past 2 orders.. one time order was stale and other time they missed one item. So i reported uber eats with photos .they called and verified everything with me .Now this restaurant keeps canceling my order saying last two times i did complaint about them. Ofcourse i will complaint if i am paying i should get the fresh food also. Not the stale food.You guys hve no mind thinking that everytime i pay for everything with no issue because i liked your food but has never a good experience with your sweets.. this i immature and disgusting.Other people have their reviews also for stale food from this restaurant.
I have seen many 'not upto the mark' places. But this one is tough to beat when it comes to ruining your day. 1) ambience is horrible 2) stinky (I don't think they ever clean the floor)3) I gurantee that they put all the preprepared food in small plastic containers, heat it up in microwave (you can hear it obvious) when somebody orders (except Naan and chappatti which they make fresh) 4) I respect all the religions, but you cannot play religious songs over & over in a paid restaurant. Its so annoying. I am not there in a worship place to get free food. 4) food is not cheap either. 5) even to thaw the prepared frozen food it takes min 30-40 mins for every thing. Folks, go home and make your food, it's faster and fresh. I never complain about a business as it takes a lot of effort to run them and many people make a living out of it. But this place is bit too much and it will definitely ruin every expectation from a simple customer.
Poor customer service and worst timing. I ordered the food at 5:45pm and they said the food will be ready in 35mins I know it is weekend so I went after an hour but I finally got my food at 7:20pm.
Simply amazing food.Can call them and order as they take time to prepare and by the time you arrive, food is ready.Quality is excellent.
slow service 30+mins to prepare a small order but food is good order ahead.
Good food at good prices.Veg noodle burger will take you back to India and Gulabjamun is made from real Khoya.Will definately recommend.

Ordered fried rice and Manchurian balls with gravyIt was a waste.. Manchurian was all besan kofta no vegetables inside. No garlic basically taste less.And to add those were so hard to even break using spoon leave chewing.Tandoori roti tasted 'basi' khadai paneer was ok.
Worst customer service almost wait 45 minutes for burger. No dining. Covid is over now and they still living in 2019.
It just takes 40 minutes to get two bhatura chana i wonder what happens if you order moreso if you got ample of time to waste make sure you visit
