Their gelato offerings are undeniably decadent!-More importantly, I want to share my experiences with the delivery at time of writing. They have a pretty robust ordering system for their Love Box assorted packs but they are missing the time of delivery checkbox. I tried emailing them by responding to the order confirmation email with my time of preference for delivery. Only one of the two deliveries arrived on time and I feel like that is an area of improvement where they can at least provide me a confirmation of some sort beyond the automated email. If this is a catering order for your private function or wedding, I strongly encourage actively communicating with them to ensure the delivery comes on time. No hard feelings but I genuinely want this local favorite to thrive for years to come!
The cone tastes old. Not worth of the cost. The customer service is also not friendly. I actually ordered two single scoop with waffle cone. The staff gave one , but as they are out of cones they made me to wait a while to refill the cones. My first ice cream already started to melt, so I asked another staff to serve with different flavoured cone (which is readily available). But he refused to do so saying the staff who serviced me first will take care of me.. how can one wait for a while in a hot sunny day while the ice cream started to melt…?! Not satisfied with my first visit.
Cute little gem in the heart of Main St. Markham. Service was fantastic - the staff were able to answer all of my dietary questions with ease - they know what is in their product. Greatly appreciate that there are multiple flavours of dairy free gelato - I have tried wild blueberry, lemon and chocolate - absolutely wonderful! Their takeout box is a great option in lieu of a birthday cake or traditional pastries with all the dietary considerations (gluten free, dairy free and Keto). Online ordering is also available.
I tried the Gelato from this shop for the first time. We tried the Chinese Lunar New Year flavours. My whole family is totally amazed that all of the flavors were so on point and so delicious. The black sesame was our favourite. The box was beautifully decorated with such an artistic hand-written message. We will buy from this shop again!

Such a cute little spot with outdoor seating tucked away from the main street. Employee was very helpful in making recommendations. We got pistachio and hazelnut, some of their most popular flavours. They were delicious and smooth. I really liked the hazelnut taste.
Friendly staff and owners. Always a great experience. Prices are posted and should be no surprise. New location is great for pick ups and for walking main street. I've used them for corporate events, family parties and when we wanted a quick treat.
This post is overdue. We ordered our son's ice cream birthday cake today and had it delivered. However, this post isn't about the birthday cake. This post is about the passion, service, care and hard work to all the staff at Love Gelato. Your gelatos are pricey, but for the quality we always make a drive down to your store during the summers. Your service and passion the way you greet us with a smile on your face the service is second to none. You guys are just amazing and we all love you so much! Thank you for being a part of Markham.
Came across this little gelato shopped tucked in the alley on Main Street. Lightbulbs hanging above the alley gives it such a nice vibe. They also have tables outside so you can sit and enjoy your ice cream or grab your ice cream and take a stroll down Main. They have a huge selection of flavours to choose from and also offer diary free and keto options. I got mango, it was creamy smooth, you can really taste the fresh mango however it was a little too sweet. I don't mind as I have a huge sweet tooth but my husband had troubles finishing his as he has a lower tolerance for sweets.
