I’m very disappointed with deli meats section of this location. I have my own restaurant, with full heart when you serve any kind of food for customers. Bunch of Kids are are working with full of attitude. If you don’t know how to present yourself in front of public then why do you choose to work in this field. Literally I’m going to through this into my garbage bin. I was there 30 mins to 9pm which is almost closing time. I think she started to cleaning the cutters, didn’t even feel like taking my order. I was there more than 5 mins., she knew that I’m waiting to place an order. She already sprayed the cutter, I don’t think she cleaned it well. I’m not 100% comfortable to give this to my kid

Excellent customer service!! Today I went shopping there, and dropped my credit card inside the store. I didn‘t even notice that. After I took off a couple of minutes, a girl from customer service dept called and told me they found my card. It‘s amazing that they took action right away and saved me a lot of grief.Thank you very much!!

I’ve been shopping here for years and the produce and baked goods have always been fresh at this location and for the most part, they still are. Unfortunately a couple weeks back, I purchased a cake from the bakery and when I brought it home and cut into it later on that evening, there was a long black hair in it. Completely disgusted. Make sure the staff in the bakery are wearing their hair nets properly and are paying more attention to what they are doing rather than chatting. I was standing at the bakery for a couple minutes while three people who work in the bakery were busy chatting before one of them decided to acknowledged me. Also, make sure to always keep your receipt to prove to them that you actually purchased a cake from their bakery or they will give you the run around. I have other things in life more important to worry about than coming into your store to lie about a cake. I simply wanted to give them my feedback so it doesn’t happen again. Also, if you find a hair, make sure to take a picture of it because when I went into the store to mention what had happened to the managers, it was an issue that I had thrown out my receipt (I didn’t think to keep it as I have never nor would I ever have thought I would find a long black hair in an expensive cake from Longo’s) and did not take a picture of the hair (which is ridiculous). They did give me half off the cost of the cake in a gift card after several minutes of discussion which I honestly wasn’t even looking for. I just wanted to mention it to them so they could make sure the staff is more careful, and I didn’t appreciate being made to feel like I was not being honest about buying a cake from them. I have shopped here for years so I was quite disappointed at the reaction I got. I told them the date and time I bought it, they could check their cameras if they needed to confirm that I wasn’t a liar. Won’t be buying anymore cakes from this location and won’t be back for anything honestly. Customer service used to be excellent, maybe learn to listen to customer feedback and don’t assume everyone is out for a free cake or something sinister. Listening to and respecting your customers is how you keep them. Sorry you have gotten it into your heads that your staff never makes mistakes. For what you are charging, if you can’t keep the customer service exceptional, I’ll shop elsewhere where it’s cheaper and people are humble.

The longo here has an extensive variety in food selections and a ton of parking available. I've also found the staff to be so helpful

Bakery has an excellent selection of Dufflet, La Rocca and Store brand cakes and service is always prompt and knowledgeable.

Great fruits and vegetables. Store is well laid out. I feel that they are a little pricey.

The best grocery store in Markham by far. The quality and diversity of product is unmatched by far. I love this store and their bakery is one of the best in all of Markham.

I bought a slice of cheesecake and it was hard as a rock. The flaky custard square was soggy, also a complete waste of money. The cake decorator is rude and condescending and charged me extra for asking her to decorate the $50 cake with a few maraschino cherries. We had been going here for years but never ever will my family go to your bakery again. We will spend our money elsewhere thank you very much.

Had a very pleasant experience with Jordan at customer service. She helped me with my meal kit and kindly and calmly helped me when picking up my order. I also found that I got over charged for something that day. She looked it over apologized even if it wasn't her fault and gave me the refund with no hassle. Other employees should look up to her as an example is to how a store should be run. I pray she will one day get a promotion for she truly deserves it
