The food was delicious and service was excellent. One thing I would point out is the need for hand sanitizers at the entrance for patrons. Having a designated pencil/pen for each table (sanitized after use) with the order papers. Maybe this can be mounted to the walls or table side. Overall very enjoyable, thank you.
Meat is not bad but the service is absolutely bad. The price also isn’t justified as they charge extra for soup and SAUCES. They also tried to cut off our food by saying there was no more beef left
Came with party of 6, dining area is very clean. The individual washrooms well maintained.Service was great! Ordered through many different servers, all were friendly, one very helpful and nice.Most ingredients were fresh and tasted good. Good quality beef options and lamb. Was not a fan of the lobster or cuttlefish ball, they tasted powdery,Soups broths are extra. The sauces are also extra, which is fine so that people don’t waste or overuse it.Fried mantao dessert with condensed milk came out piping hot, delicious!Would come again
Very nice and clean atmosphere. I liked their restaurant design using walls to separate some tables for a more private setting. Decent service. The food is excellent and fresh. However, it is mandatory that you finish all the food or else you pay extra. I would have rated this restaurant 5 stars but I couldn’t because the prices are very expensive.
Food was ok. The level of service definitely did not match the cost of the food. Our group was constantly given the wrong soup as ordered and everything seemed very slow. It took about 30 minutes for everyone have their order taken properly.
They had a wide variety of food on their menu but their service was terrible. Every time you want to order more food, the employee has to grab another employee, who grabs another employee, who then grabs the employee that can take our order? Gotta wait 10-15 minutes just to order another BBQ sauce.. They’re very impatient and also take a while to bring us food as well. I spent around 2 hours here (half of it was waiting for food, or water, or the bill) and I was quite unhappy :( food was pretty delicious and large portions but probably won’t be returning.
Food comes fast here. Price is a bit on the higher scale. Good spot if you want some quick hotpot.
