I called the kitchen and sent an email that my son is a vegetarian. Next day gave him chicken. I complained they said oversight.The food is labeled vegetarian. and sent him w chickenI'm at a loss.
My children's school offers a variety of lunch catering services and we tried Kids Kitchen one year. If your child doesn't bring back leftovers you would not know what poor food quality is being served to them. Portions are also very small and most sides or condiments are not included. My child still talks about the "sad hamburger" his friend ordered one year, which was described as two flattened buns and a dried patty with nothing else. Their prices however continue to increase. Frankly they also do not believe in customer service. When our credit card was renewed, we received an extremely rude email highlighted in yellow and red and with large fonts of various sizes that the outstanding bill will be forwarded to collection agencies. They did not call, or send an email that the credit card has expired, nothing. We have never gave Kids Kitchen a second thought with catering and have found plenty of wonderful substitutes in the Unionville Markham area. Parents just need to speak to their school about starting another catering service! Now my kids look forward to hot pasta lunches elsewhere. I would give them zero stars if possible. Catering services are suppose to take one thing off of parents minds, not add on more stress and uncertainty.
Great service if you’re someone who can’t decide what to make for you child for lunch. They provide food delivery to most of the schools. Price is fair
I ordered the food through phone because something wrong with their system. However, the lunch didn't show up in the camp and my kid came home with a empty stomach. Called in, they said that the order was not in the system. And they don't care. No apology, nothing! Terrible service!

Paid $2.50 for "fresh fruit" expecting an actual bowl of fresh fruit but I got a tangerine that would have costed approximately 10x less. I also ordered a burger for $6 which came completely plain other than the buns and the patty. I was "supposed" to pay extra for the condiments such as cheese, lettuce etc. but it says nowhere on the site about it. 100% scam I honestly want to rate it less than 1 star.
