Very bad old dry food is not frash they cooked already long time ago and heated up I come home give food to my kids omg ? so Disappointed disappoint

Worst kfc ever, they took my order and took my money then canceled my order with saying store is closed. Went to the store for my refund and was not able to get my refund even though I did not get my food !!!
Worst location ever. They completely ignored me and took another man’s order, even after saying I was first they still ignored me. Then when the lady started taking my order she gave such rude attitude
I love this KFC more than the nearby KFC at a mall. I'm not sure how long has the store being there, but from the outside they had very unique decorations it looks like the store has being open since the 80s, I actually like it very much. Food it's basically KFC same as you would get anywhere else, but the staff are very friendly there, they are also very fast during ordering so even there is a lineup you don't really have to wait too long. and they are open 1 or 2 hours later the other locations in the mall.
Absolutely horrible!!! They served reheated dry chick wings and zinger burgers which were so hard I nearly chipped my tooth on the first bite. I will be complaining making an official complaint to KFC Canada HO.
On hygiene I gave 2 as it's very important to have safe food, which was not there. Cooks in the kitchen were not wearing gloves while serving. We are paying for quality and safe food. With the given reviews, history on fast food chains the reputation of servers and quality and safety of food has always been a question .
We received the most disgusting food from this store and a delivery driver that used abusive language at us along with a very disturbing demeanor. We absolutely didn't trust that the food wasn't tampered with due to the state of its appearance and threw it all out. Not to mention that our drinks were wrong chicken tenders missing but we got the dipping sauce but wrong kind and the chicken chicken sandwiches were the size of a McNugget from McDonald's. What a disgusting experience. To offer us a free popcorn chicken is insulting and this was my answer to your BS response. I don't want your free popcorn chicken I want my money reimbursed back to me in full. After a driver cursing at us and the disaster of that food I'm not interested in such miniscule freebies. That store should be shut down and the driver fired. Like previously stated we threw it all out no way we're we going to trust any of that food which looked like somebody's leftovers pulled from a dumpster.We absolutely do not accept this kind of treatment or that restaurant any longer.
Fast friendly service, food was hot and fresh. Was there at lunchtime so a bit busy.
Check your order with this location!!Twice now they packed my order with missing stuff. First time it was missing fries, and the second time was missing popcorn chicken. Other than that, friendly attitude and the food is alright - that's if you get to eat the food you paid for.
