Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I was told to park for 5 - 6 minutes to wait for my order then drive into the drive-through again to collect my order. 25 minutes later I got to the window because I had to wait for other people to not only order but receive their order at the window. I was definitely treated differently than all of the other customers. I will be boycotting this location 100%. Respect feels just as nice as warm food. I received neither at BoxGrove KFC.
Got a popcorn chicken bucket with buttermilk ranch. Was pretty solid, would recommend over the highway 7 location.
Kinda strange drive thru layout making it harder to maneuver your car in. But the trip on Tuesday is worth it ?
Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Used to love this location but it has gone completely downhill. Absolute worst service. How is a chicken shop always out of chicken??? Also they always decide to close 30mins before closing! If you plan to close at 9:30 please update hours of operation so we don’t waste our travelling to be refused service. Not my first bad experience I have had here. Given multiple chances but this is beyond ridiculous!!! Not impressed at all!!! I will be reaching out to the head office regarding the poor service and attitude of employees. I feel bad for the franchisee for having to deal with the incompetent staff!!!
This is the 2nd time, very much disappointed i order 4pc box .Chicken pcs were staled, full of oil, not at all crispy. Fries were soggy.Literally thrown away.Never again.????
Ordered 2 combos with large popcorn chicken bowl.Order was ready within 30sec ! When i got home and opened the sandwiches they were stale and rock hard.It must’ve been sitting there all day I couldn’t even take a bite! Unacceptable for a franchise for such poor service.

Don't go to this location specifically at night. During the day they are okay. But in the evenings it is a disaster. They are open til 10pm and I pulled up to a blocked off drive-thru at 5pm. Went inside and learned that they were just understaffed. Ridiculous.Waited 35 minutes for an order they messed up. Wrong meat, wrong everything. Didn't even give me my drink. Cashier had no idea what they were doing, no communication with kitchen.35 minutes for a wrong order. I swear I've seen some fast food locations that were operated by kids that are much more efficient than this place. Go elsewhere.
Cold piece of bread was stuck to the bottom of my sandwich and I didn't realize until I was half way thru. Felt really disgusted by it and had to throw out the rest. Would not visit here again.
This is the second time we are missing the chicken tenders that we ordered from this KFC location. Make sure you check your orders before you leave the store. Also, their chicken sandwich we ordered was cold and was not fresh at all. And the chicken in the sandwich was quite small and only filled up 2/3 of the bun. We also ordered a poutine which was also cold. On top of missing our tender chickens, there was no napkins or utensils provided to go with the meal. Will not be ordering from this location ever again.
