20 family members celebrated my mother-in-law's 92 birthday at this location today (April 30, 2022). Our hostess/server Biana was amazing and very attentive to all of us. The food portions were large and very good.Looking forward to return for more wings.Thanks to all the staff for the great meal and atmosphere.
We came here for a late afternoon lunch today. It was the first time my family and I have been to ANY restaurant in almost two years because of COVID. I hadn't seen my mom in a long while and it was my sons birthday a couple days later so we met up at this Kelseys in Markham (7 of us). We had an absolutely amazing time. The food was perfectly delicious - hats off to the chef. I can't describe to you the feeling of finally having a nice sit down meal after all that that time not being able to, so thank you so much for providing great eats for us. To top it off, our server, Brianna was just incredible. She was super nice, attentive, caring, full of smiles (not something I'm used to these days) and just an absolute delight to be around...she even sang happy birthday with our family for my son!! I mean, it almost felt like a huge "welcome back to the world" for me, which I loved. Brianna, thanks for being there today, my family and I want to thank you greatly, you made these awful two years disappear for awhile, it was a pleasure to be your guest, we will definitely be back - THESE FIVE STARS ARE FOR YOU.
I brought my hockey team in and their families in on a Friday Night. We had the room booked from 5pm till 8pm. Our servers had everything ready for out 50 + reservations. They took the drink orders as soon as we sat down then our food orders. We didn't wait long. We were out my 630-645. Our food was amazing, service was incredible and they had our bills ready and correct. They had two machines going so there was no wait at all. 14 families separate bills lots of kids and they nailed it! Thank you all so much for making our team party such an enjoyable experience. We recently were in Markham for a hockey tournament. I reached out to the Manager BJ to reserve a team dinner at their location. BJ was so helpful in booking, while following all COVID protocols. We had our own area of the restaurant and were well spread out. Our servers were Natasha, Alexis and Joyce and they were incredible. The server team was so well organized in coordination of drinks and orders. Our team really enjoyed a meal out with a group as it has been a long time. Way to go girls...great job! Would highly recommend this restaurant for group functions.
I’m not from the area but had my car worked on over a kilometre away. I checked the map and saw Kelseys. I did the 15 minute walk and was not disappointment. I am never disappointed at any Kelseys. Casey greeted me at the door and ensured I did the Covid tracing. As they just opened, she allowed me to choose my seating. She was so gracious, friendly and professional. I chose to sit at the bar and met Aaron. Again excellent service with a smile. Casey and Aaron were perfect. The full rack of ribs in BBQ sauce were yummy and moist. Lots of meat! Caesar salad I’ve. We. Craving for months was also flavourful. Everything was perfect thanks to the great tasting food, ambiance and Casey and Aaron.
Went to Kelsey for dinner great snacks and cold beers. Fantastic place to chill and enjoy the night with friends

Had a great meal experience with only positive feedback to offer.Food was delicious and generously served swiftly. My coffee was never empty, which is a rarity I admit. The ambiance was great, the COVID19 precautions well-managed, everything was splendid in my opinion.
