My husband and I have come in here for our Valentine's Day dinner and all the staff are absolutely amazing! From being greeted at the door to being served, really kind staff. Thank you Kelseys for hosting my husband and I and your food is delicious!!!
I had a lovely time with my friends. Our server was Jenny and she was fantastic and very kind! She checked on us multiple times to ask if everything was okay and enhanced our eating experience by recommending wonderful options for our meals. We ordered chicken quesadilla, a full plate of chicken nachos with a side of guacamole, and the Nashville hot chicken sandwich with sweeet potatoes fries and a few dressings on the side. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing which made the overall experience fun and enjoyable. We are planning to go back very soon. The food was delicious, hot and great portions for the price. We brought my 11 month old daughter and she loved the potatoe skins and French fries. The staff and manager were extremeleg friendly and all around amazing customer service. Very kid friendly place and good prices. It’s one of our go to places!
Their food here is made with lots of quality! They dress their wings really well and give you lots of sauces! I definitely recommend this spinach dip as an appetizer because it’s homey and always makes you feel great!
Menu is pretty good with choices, service was great, you can still get main dishes for under $20. Food was good but nothing to write home about. Good place to eat and enjoy a sports games.
My husband and I visited Kelseys on Markham Road, we enjoy coming to the Markham Road location as the service is fantastic. Melissa was our waitress and she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She was very polite and gave us extremely great service. The food was hot and the drinks were delicious.We were very happy with our visit. Thanks Melissa!!
The food was good but it's very pricey. We ordered the Mushroom melter because it looked so good online, however it is not the same see pic & bun was soaking in oil. The fried chicken is really good. Alfredo pasta was ok. The weird thing about ordering online was that it asked for my plate number, make of car only for me to have to go inside the restaurant & pick up my food. I had picked curbside delivery & thought food will be delivered to my car. The online ordering is so confusing, could have done better. The ribs was not fall of the bone. Kind of hard, that's what my son said.
This is the only Kelsey’s we always order from through Uber eats and this is the first time they messed our orders up. The chicken fingers came dark with black spots, kettle chips were hard as a rock, my salmon was undercooked and I had asked for it to be well done. The basmati rice were undercooked. It was just a horrible order we received tonight and very disappointed for my son that I had to make something else to eat. Waste of time smh
Ordered online for curbside pickup - fish and chips with kettle chips. I arrived 5 minutes earlier than the pick-up time, put in my car information, and got the text saying they'll be out with my order shortly. Sat in my car waiting for nearly 30 minutes AFTER the pick-up time. I ended up calling the location in the parking lot to see if everything was okay. A guy, who I assume was the manager based on his light coloured collar shirt, came out a minute later and greeted me/handed me my food, acting like I didn't just call to say I've been sitting waiting for half an hour. He apologized when I brought it up but said it "didn't come through in our system". I have a hard time believing that when the food was cold by the time I got home 5 minutes up the street. And I've never had to wait that long before for curbside at this location so why is it suddenly not coming through now? The kettle chips were also very over-seasoned. They were SPI. CY. (This seems to be a habit at this location every time I kettle chips. Why do they put seasoning like that on the kettle chips? I've never seen that at any other location I've been to. And the picture online has way less than what this location put on). The cookie I also ordered tasted like freezer burn as well.
My husband, son and I met at this location today for lunch. There was strict protocol at the door which we appreciated but it was all downhill from there. The server was run off her feet despite there were so few guests. The food was dreadful, cold, wet and tasteless. We figure there may have only been one cook in the kitchen but the quality was as bad as the presentation, temperature and taste. We won’t be back!
