It was our first time at this restaurant and we had an amazing experience. From the ambience, to the service and food…altogether it was really great to dine in there. As a food explorer, I love tasting authentic food which has uniqueness. And Kara Mia definitely serves that authenticity in Italian cuisine with a different touch of its own for which I will be their guest again and again. Our server was Joban, a young girl with a sweet smile on her face, great manners and smartness. She took really good care of my little girl and made her feel special. I’m sure Joban will do really well at her job.The manager, Mr. Falif is also a very polite man who made sure we got good service.I wish Kara Mia great success and will recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

We used to come here a lot but after today's experience we will not be coming back. There were fruit flies everywhere in the restaurant and eventually one sat in our pasta bowl. The waiter comes and says some other store left garbage outside and that's why we have fruitflies and then proceeds with taking the plate away. Like hello??? I came to eat here. We were not offered a discount or an apology and went home half hungry. Terrible customer service.

I had a wonderful and satisfactory experience at Kara Mia. The service was excellent. We were about 12 people and the staff took utmost care to get the right order and the right billing for everyone. The food was served in a very timely manner giving us enough but not extra time to enjoy the appetizer. Kara Mia fettuccine was very flavourful and creamy and the Kara Mia cocktail was very delightful with a punch of citrus. I would definitely visit this place again.

Few days ago, We decided to go to Kara Mia. I always do my review based on three things 1 ) Food taste 2) customer service 3) Atmosphere bonus point for H&S1 )Food, We had two different types of pasta. The pasta was good. Fresh, Alfredo was one of them, only thing I will say is the sauce is little too much. It’s heavy and the portions are really good.2) customer service, it’s really good. No issues.3) atmosphere, Very Nice seating area. Clean, they have nice art on the wall. They have a prayer section as well. You can go for casual dinner or a date.Recommendation : Will go again !!! A-Bonus : It’s HalalInsta: #googlefoodcriticThank you

The restaurant looks, feels nice and premium. The staff were very nice and service was great. The pricing of the food reflected the atmosphere in the restaurant. So I had high expectations of the food. Steak meat of the steak pasta with saffron sauce was amazing. Tender and rich in flavor. That was about it for my dish. The pasta tasted very bland. When hearing about the saffron sauce in the menu I was intrigued. Trying the pasta with the sauce felt like it was alfredo maybe just with a different color (with less salt as well). Other dishes on the menu were similar experience with great meat and good presentation overall.

We came to have our traditional post Christmas dinner here for the last 3 years (last year getting take out as we were in a lockdown). We do not come here often, but when we do we always have a great dining experience. Their safety protocols are up to standard and we felt very safe dining here (hopefully the restrictions open up for people to dine in and enjoy). We were well served by our waiter who gave us some wonderful recommendations. He had a lot of charisma and made sure we were well taken care of. We had the special of the day on Sunday which we highly recommend since it gave a little taste of a variety of meats they offer.

Good food! Good service! Good value for money! We really enjoyed the food. Will surely visit soon. Personal recommendation is spicy Cajun fettuccine

This is one of those places that has a potential to get all 5 stars and I was honestly conflicted when I rated it 4.The staff here is so lovely and polite, absolutely wonderful. The food was also delightful. Absolutely loved our pastas. Go for their spice rose sauce, it's really good. All this restaurant needs is a lift in its presentation. The glass water jugs have spots on them. They gave me steak knives and forks for my pasta. The lamp shades have dry water marks as if they weren't wiped properly when they were cleaned. Some of the upholstery felt a little dusty. The washroom was damp and disorganized. All in all this is a great place to have "Italian inspired cuisine"I hope the owners/management take my comments in a positive way. You're running a busy restaurant so some of these tiny details get lost and forgotten but that's going to make a difference between a good restaurant and an amazing restaurant.

The food was pretty good, no complaints from anyone in our group. The service was also great, the servers made sure to check up on us from time to time and were very friendly. They also went ahead and graciously accommodated us even though we accidently showed up near closing on a day with bad weather. I would recommend this restaurant for all these reasons. The only reason I can't give it a 5 star is because I believe the prices are too high for the portion of food compared to other halal Italian restaurants. But the quality is definitely there if you're not too worried about prices.

Note that they do not check proof of vaccination and do not conduct contact tracing for dine-in patrons. The pastas have a generous serving size with a unique Middle Eastern influence on Italian dishes. Tried their penne with saffron cream sauce which was rich and well seasoned, although a little lacking in the flavour of saffron. Their black pepper sauce poutine was nice but probably a bit overpriced for what seemed like frozen fries. Overall a decent spot for a quick bite, but not the best for strict COVID regulations or social distancing.
