As soon as I heard hair salons are allowed to reopen as part of Ontario's Step 2,I booked an appointment for July 15 at 6 PM. I arrived at the salon only to be told that there is no stylist available for me. Nobody called me to cancel my appointment. I didn't cancel my appointment. The receptionist didn't know what happened, all she said was my appointment had been erased from their calendar. I booked 2 weeks in advance and I had even arranged for child care to come to the appointment. I reached out to management to share my experience as soon as I got home that evening. It's been 2 weeks now and I have yet to hear back from them. Not even an acknowledgement that they have received my email or an apology for the missed appointment. It doesn't matter how great their stylists are, I am disappointed by how I was treated and how unprofessional they've been. If you've made an appointment, it's best to call and confirm before arriving to make sure it doesn't randomly disappear from their calendar.
Great hairstylist. I think I had Wilson? A HK-Canadian guy who was very down to earth but also detail oriented. The cafe was closing early due to covid but I was able to get a tea. Having a tea during haircut is great. Also for safety, they only have 1 customer at a time so the entire place is yours, you'll feel like a queen. Very good service.
I saw Wilson for the first time and was very pleased. The receptionist (his wife) was very friendly and Wilson was friendly and patient as well. He helped me decide on a haircut and didn't rush me. When I left, his wife walked me to the door and made sure that I got safely in my car before returning to her desk.

It was my first time here. I want to say the place was really great bright and clean . The hair stylist was very nice ex-specially the receptionist. I have no idea which hair stylist should I choose and she recommended Wilson's haircut to me he’s cutting was really good . Thank the receptionist for recommending such a good hairstylist to me.

Classy place, very professional! I've been going to this salon for three years now and Wilson's cuts is probably one I'll probably live and die by. It's located right next to a very adorable cafe, and it's quite the experience!

Scheduled for 4pm appointment, but ended up waiting for stylist to finish with another client for an hour and half. Ended up leaving without the haircut and rescheduling for the following day.
