Food: 3.5\\nDrinks: 4\\nAmbience: 5\\nService: 4.5\\nOverall value: 4.5 (would go again and would recommend visiting)\\n\\nBefore ~8:30 or 9pm the live performance was more subtle in a sense that the volume of the music was tuned to be blending into the background and the lighting was brighter and more suitable for those who's focus are to socialize over dinner.\\nAfter dinner time, the restaurant will turn down the light, hand each table a lamp, and the later half of the night would have more focus on the music and the performance. As the volume would have been turned up, it would be harder to have an actual conversation with each other but the performance itself would be more engaging.\\n\\nAll the cocktails I have tried at Hutaoli looks great and taste not bad but a bit sweet to my taste.\\n\\nAll the food dishes were also not bad but I find Szechuan dishes to not match the vibe of the place perfectly. The appys are better value in my opinion as the mains are double the cost but the same size as appys. I did read reviews that they have small portions but still expected when I ordered uni fried rice in the entre section it's bigger than one rice bowl...\\n\\nThe customer service was 5/5 everyone was attentive and pleasant.\\n\\nOverall love this place though and would continue to be a returning customer. This will be a 5 star restaurant if there was a bigger variety of food that actually pair well with the drinks and the music and ambience, and ideally bigger portion.

I went there on a busy weekend, the service is very nice and the server patiently recommended foods and drinks. All foods are tasty, music is nice. But when I ask to order one more drink, I waited a long time and that server seems forgotten my order. So I ask another server and the drink served very quickly.

Top ratings for the atmosphere, the space is so cute and the service is great all the servers were very attentive. My friend said she felt like she was in Taiwan, so a nice change in scenery. Average rating for the food not cheap and not great and do yourself a favour and order the less spicy it was difficult to get through. For frame of reference I order medium wings I like spicy but not to suffer through my meal. Fun to experience once though!

Live music, delicious food (lots of options on the menu) and a great selection of drinks! There’s something for everyone. After dinner, the restaurant becomes a lounge.

An updated review but still 4 stars. The food is delicious, and the staff is decent. I would only come later in the evening for the musical entertainment, which is also a hit or miss depending on the performance. I miss the games that involve the audience, not sure if it's cancelled or only happens on a certain night.

Wow I didn't even know a place liked this existed in Markham. Definitely loved the interior and we came here for drinks. I will have to come back to try the food!

Great vibes as a musical Chinese bar. Serve alcohol. Live music. Except some server speak good English. The chicken is highly recommended except the price a bit pricy. Spicy sour beef soup is good something different then usual spicy sour soup. Salt pepper ribs are tasty yet some part are too fatty.

Won Ton Hut is my go to place for soup noodles located on hwy 7 and Warden Ave in Markham\\n\\nLarge generous Won Ton soup noodles here.\\nI enjoyed adding the crispy fish skin into my soup noodles. You can grab a bag of fish skin $7 and comes with a container of broth to go. Add the fish skin to the soup to soften it up or eat on its own. It’s so tasty and is very addictive!!\\n\\nCosy spot for a quick lunch…. my kind of comfort food.

The atmosphere \\u0026 environment was great. We loved the musics the DJ picked. We liked our sour \\u0026 spicy fish. Can’t say the best food in town but definitely worth to try this music restaurant.
